Kid City - Century Street

All good experiences except the multiple times they could not find our membership information and turn you away even though you spent $105 for a monthly membership. Don't waste your money on the membership.

Equipment was in rough shape. None of the slides are set up properly, can’t make it down any of the slides without having to walk half of the way. Dont waste your money.

We did our daughters birthday party in June and attended another party today. The Manager of this place Ola is a phenomenal host, she helped us with our party in June, right from the planning, floor setup, food and services. And we had a great experience and I see how consistently she and team has done it today again, such a breeze. Kudos. This place is clean, has enough space for parents and guests. And Ola and team does a spot on job supporting the party host. We totally recommend this place.

It was a bit of an interesting start upon our arrival, but the place was clean. The staff were friendly and constantly cleaning. It is a nice, well set up structure and layout.

It’s a clean place with a big structure for kids to climb up. We love the slides too.
There’s a room with a projector game that my child loves to play in. Pizza and snacks or fine and staff are kind and nice.

Place is okay, clean and nice, size is just okay as well. They have a small cafe and you can get pizza, drinks etc from there, has a few slides, jumping castle is good. Has few free games. Good sitting area in and around the centre. Nice basketball area.
All in all is a decent place. Ooh and thr staff are nice. The entrance has a nice area to place shoes and hang jackets.

Party rooms are small but my daughter loved it so yeah. Staff seemed over worked or overwhelmed.

Had a great time with the kid's.food was good.staff where great.be going back soon.highly recommend.

Very reasonable prices for a family. The food in the canteen included fresh cut fruit and veggies, big hot dogs, popcorn; and again very reasonable prices. Our grandson exhausted himself and there was no shortage of experiences for him to enjoy. The washrooms were super clean and full handicap access.
