Kilcona Dental Centre

I have a very bad gag reflex. So much so, I ignored the dentist for 15 years. The whole crew here, Dentist Dr. Adebola Sonoiki, Dentals Hygienist Raman (I think, because it is hard to see her under her equipment). And the front desk is nice, and explains everything. And the one who cleaned my teeth. They all had great patience with this bad patient! I got a few fillings so far, a root canal, and teeth cleaning. I've got a bunch of work ahead. I wish I didn't delay, but, better late than never. I can't say enough. I'd give you 10 stars if I could. Thank you for putting up with me, and getting me fixed up.

They were very patient with me when I have black outs from needles. They made sure I was alright. The procedure was painless. Would forsure come back for any work in the future.

I had a filling topped up. Painless and quick. I was extremely happy with the service! The staff are friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is cheerful and relaxed.

The admin was nice enough to check with Blue Cross for me regarding my coverage.

I would recommend this office to everyone.

Kilcona dental is amazing and one of the most helpful dental office i have been to, all the staff is very helpful and the dentist is very calm and understanding she explained all the procedures before performing gave me estimate. It has been truly a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this dental office.

Had a great experience with Dr. Sonoiki, she was able to fit me in for a filling right after my cleaning! The visit was stress free and painless, all the staff there are very welcoming:)

I got my filling done from here, Amazing staff, the Front desk staff was so welcoming and they explained everything very precisely. The dentist who did the fillings was very nice as he made sure through out the process that i did not feel any pain and did what was best for me.
Highly recommend Dental clinic.

Been here a few times and staff is very helpful and always smiling! They even looked into my insurance for my coverage details and always call to help setup consultations and follow ups! Def love you guys

Dr. Sonoiki and her team did some phenomenal work on my fillings, cleaning and polish work. Barely felt a thing during the whole process!

I had a cleaning and check up this past Friday. I was extremely happy with the service! The staff are friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is cheerful and relaxed.

I hadn't had a cleaning for more than a year and I was a bit afraid. It was painless and the hygienist was very helpful and gently. Much better than the work done at my former dental office.

Right from the reception up until leaving the dental center the experience was excellent and staff very professional and very courteous. I absolutely recommend it to anyone and everyone.

A regular visit for cleaning teeth became informative session in no time. It was a pleasure meeting Raman Wander. Her service, knowledge & experience definitely stands out. For immediate attention one can visit any dentist but to stay proactive one must visit Kilcona Dental Centre and would recommend to consult with Raman Wander.

From start to finish, my experience at Kilcona dental was excellent. They deliver 1st class service from the welcoming and engaging reception staff, to the knowledgeable dentists who allayed all my worries and fears surrounding getting my teeth checked out after many years. Definitely a place to return to!

They know what they are doing. Workers are efficient and caring. It was so Easy and I am a very pleased customer. I’ll be back for sure.

Raman has been the most helpful dental hygienist I’ve ever had. She has given me plenty of tips to help reduce redness in my gums and any discomfort I am feeling. I used to hate going to the dentist but she makes the experience extremely pleasant.

Fantastic and knowledgeable team! Raman always advises how to take care of your teeth and she is very friendly as well. I think they go above and beyond the expectations.

All the staffs of Kilcona (that I interacted with) were kind, patient and considerate. They painstakingly worked on me to ensure a perfect job and my satisfaction. I am yet to come up with any (new) idea or suggestion to improve on their services.

I have hesitated for a long time about making this review but here we are. I am extremely disappointed in the service I have been receiving recently as I have been a patient here for a very long time. But will now be going elsewhere because of my recent treatment.

I had an appointment booked for 4: 30 as I work on the opposite end of the city, I was asked 3 times if I could change my appointment to 4: 00. I said no 3 times as I would be unable to make my appointment without taking time off work. Instead of telling me that there was an issue and my appointment time was no longer doable they changed said appointment time to 4: 00. When I got there for my appointment at 4: 30 I was given extreme amounts of attitude by Dr. Sonoiki and the dental assistant as they were working on my teeth. Eventually I asked what the issue was and they stated that I was late for my appointment. Rushed work was completed and I am now having issues with the fillings that they did. After all of this I checked my appointment time on my receipt and it said 4: 30. I am sure the appointment time was not due to an error on Dr. Sonoiki's part specifically but I wish that instead of preforming sub par, incorrect work that resulted in further issues and pain (which I had to then proceed to spend more on fixing which shouldn't have happened in the first place) Dr. Sonoiki would have told me there was an issue instead of wasting my time and money.

Been going to Kilcona Dental Centre for years. Have great staff and have been great for working around my schedule.

I am grateful for having access to this caring, understanding and accommodating team of professionals.

So far so good.been there couple of times now and never disappointed, we all go there for our dental care, and guess what? They even have gifts for their patrons, I find that pretty cool and hopefully we get one too.

Staff are so awesome. Service is awesome. I would highly recommend this dentist. It’s always clean, and provides a calming atmosphere. It’s hard to find such good, honest, kind service in a dental office - but this is the place!

Always efficient and constructive, always friendly and on time, always professional and honest about necessary treatments.

It was our first dental visit and the children loved it. The staff were very friendly and explained to the kids what was happening with each step in the process. I liked that from the reception to the x-ray area, the dental hygienist and finally the dentist, every one was patient and took time to interact with the children. We enjoyed the entire process and will now visit more often. Thank you for the gifts too

Amazing, caring staff from the first call to the office right through to the dentist. This is where you want to be. Your not a number they actually care about their clients.

Horrible. First they told me my bill was covered under insurance. I stressed I was a student and lived off minimal. I had to pay out of pocket and was left no money for food. I'm now going to PLESSIS DENTAL (AMAZING- THEY ALSO HAVE NEW CLIENT PROMOS). Kilcona shaved a tooth down too far (they said by shaving it, I would have a better bite). Now I need a crown on that tooth, that Kilcona better cover the cost of! Will be posting on Winnipeg pages. GO TO PLESSIS or REGENT. I even tried to call Kilcona a couple months to resolve, called twice and "manager was going to call me back" never did! **They also delete negative reviews often. Search their name on Facebook, lots of complaints.

Friendly & patient front desk staff and great hygienists. They do a great job and I felt very little discomfort. Receptionists were both very patient with my insurance issues. For a guy like myself who gets anxiety around the dentist, from the front desk to sitting in the chair, they really made me feel at ease.
