Kildonan Dry Cleaners

I would like to Thank Kildonan Dry Cleaners for their above and beyond customer service. We recently had an apartment fire where we lost most of our stuff but were able to salvage some winter coats and jackets. The condition of them were so bad they had soot and ash smell in them. Everywhere we got quoted about $130 a jacket to clean but when I came to Kildonan Dry Cleaners and explained my situation, not only they gave us a generous deal but also did a fabulous job in cleaning most of them despite all that soot and smell. They are my go store for any future needs! Thanks.

Did not think my dress was save able after having too much fun at a wedding and bringing it in with several stains. They had it looking good as new and only took a couple days. Very impressed

Brought a suede jacket in for cleaning. I told the staff I had the option to return the jacket if the stain could not be removed, and was advised with confidence by the owner that shoulder discoloration was removable. Before and after pictures below.

As you can this is not an improvement, and now I have a $600 jacket that is ruined, and the cleaning cost $50.

Giving 2 stars as I have never had issues with regular clothing, but I will not be bringing them specialty fabrics in future.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The lady with the curly hair is extremely rude, and the items are almost always returned not clean. Take your business elsewhere.
