Comfortable apartments.
Polite and very quiet neighbors.
One day I forgot to lock my car and went on a business trip for 2 weeks. The car remained untouched.
But there is one huge minus.
Too many speed bumps. It takes 6 speed bumps to get to my parking spot. And my car is very low. Why are there so many of them? I have never seen so many in any community. There aren't that many speed bumps in the whole city.

Expect to have rent prices changes determined by management mood today. Same apartments can have different prices based on nothing.

Hello everyone, we have lived here for 1 year, it is not bad, the snow is cleaned on the parking spaces, the territory is taken care of, technical support also works perfectly, fire alarms often work, and loud ventilation

Very poor management the parking lot is only cleaned once I mean stalls during storm the cars were stuck in the middle of parking lot.
Personally I been calling them from last 2 weeks to fix dishwasher in our unit and I been told by them it's on priority but no luck yet washing dishes with hands.
The rent is almost close to average house mortgage people deserve the service what they pay for.
Need answer broadstreet I wish there was option for no stars.
