I got my pants hemmed and they literally came out perfect I had an amazing experience. This is by far a 5 star tailor shop!

Brought in two satin pants, for hemming SHE DID an amazing job will for sure use her again her prices were very fair as well.

The lady was just so amazing. She helped us with the alterations right away as we told her we needed it on an urgent basis. She went above and beyond. She is an asset! Would highly recommend them.

This is a miracle worker! Gave her a lather backpack when thought all was lost. It had ripped compartment ls inside and still was looking great on the outer layer.
She made her magic, and it is now fixed, and in the best shape, I've seen it in Years!
Will definitely use her again and recommend to everyone I know.

DO NOT GO HERE. This is not a real business. It’s a shady operation - they don’t keep track of how much you’ve paid them, they don’t respect your time, they don’t care at all about customer satisfaction or quality work. You will get ripped off and get terrible service. I brought 15 items and was charged $235 and was promised I’d have everything ready when I needed. When I called multiple times for pick up, no one picked up. So a few days later I drove there and no tailor was working - only a receptionist who didn’t know what was going on - even though their office hours and website said they were open. When I finally did get ahold they had no clue what I was talking about. Then they said they needed more time and they needed “proof that I paid because they had no record and I still owed them $168. ” I called the bank, I sent them screenshots of my account to prove I paid, because they didn’t have any professionalism or had record of my payment, and they still didn’t understand. Owner “Tee” asked to extend the order for my clothing deadline twice because she was sick, and I allowed her to change the date 2 times but by the 3rd I was done. I needed my outfits for professional meetings and she said she’d for sure get me the clothes by Jan 7th, far over a month past when I dropped off, and she asked for yet another extension. I was fed up and said I was coming to get everything regardless of whether it was done or not and I wanted a refund. She gave me back 10 items that were not done after a month and a half and only gave me $67 refund! This place is a shady operation and they are not truthful or caring about customer service. Don’t go here. Don’t even know how they are allowed to do business.
