Looks like they don't like to deal with you if you are not coming with a semi truck.
The shipping crate (metal frame) of my shipment was damaged on both ends, luckily the content was still ok.
Looks like a rough place.

Parking lot is never clean or smooth. Always a pothole to find that you can visit your lost relatives in!

No sign out front. When I finally found the place I got the runaround to pick up my package. Finally drove around to the shipping doors and the place looked condemned. Rundown, garbage everywhere and about 500 cigarette butts at the driver door entrance. To top it off they couldnt find my package for half an hour. I would never go back there again.

Best place ever to work with them. All the staff from Branch manager to Docl workers are super awesome.

I would like to give a shout-out to Angie! Your customer service is outstanding and you’ve gone above and beyond for myself to make sure I have received my deliveries, even though they were delayed. I really appreciate it.

Not on time delivery. Shipment coming from Toronto to Winnipeg. Suppose to deliver my product in 4 days but still waiting for my product and its been 8 days. Called in Winnipeg office to check and got an answer that call Toronto terminal who promised to deliver in 4 days. Worst customer service I ever had from a trucking company. Don`t wanna give them even a single star but not having option to do so. Will never recommend them.
