I had a really bad fall on black ice at the start of 2024 and was in a great deal of pain, but thankfully to Stacey, I am much better!

Have been going to Knead To Unwind for a number of years. The facility is well maintained, and the atmosphere very calming. Appointments have always started on time, and always met with a friendly greeting.
Prior to starting the massage my therapist asks about what concerns/aches I may have, and identifies possible areas to focus on. Often times I am just seeking a massage for relaxation. Would highly recommend this facility and its staff.

I've been going to Knead To Unwind for years. It's a very friendly, clean, professional establishment. Taylor is excellent. She's the best massage therapist that I've ever had. She takes the time to listen to you and gives helpful advice for your problem areas.

The office is very clean and has a peaceful atmosphere. The Massage Therapist I see is named Carl, he's very knowledgeable and professional, I would reccommed him to anyone looking for theraputic massage treatments. When I started going for massages in the spring I had horrible headaches that have since almost completely gone away.

I went here for the first time a few weeks ago. I will be back! It was so clean and had such a calm and relaxing environment. You can't hear other conversations going on in other rooms that has occurred at other places I've been too. They direct bill which is a huge bonus too!

Had a pregnancy massage with Dwight today. I am almost 20 weeks with a toddler at home and he did an amazing job! Would definitely recommend him, pressure is perfect and he communicates with you through everything. Also gave me many tips to try at home when I am uncomfortable and need some relaxing!

This year started off on the wrong foot for me. I had been on the receiving end of a rear-ender auto Accident back in Feb 2022, and then at the end of May got hurt at work! I've been here a couple of times so far to compliment my recovery plan. The direct billing is nice and all paperwork is taken care of behind the scenes!

The clinic is clean, quiet and the front of house staff are very pleasant and welcoming. So far, I've seen both Karl and Vivin and they were great. The clinic also seems to run a tight ship as all the appointments are always on time!

Many massage therapists available through this clinic. This is great for people like me who always wait last minute to book and may not be able to see your regular massage therapist. It has a great vibe! They also direct bill your coverage. Each year you get a promotion on your birthday too! Don't know any other clinic doing this.

I was trying to find a masseuse near my home and ended up find this place. The assessment form as well as Covid prescreening were done conveniently through online. I loved how they were taking precautions, and their professional-friendly service at reception as well as the massage therapy. Brittany gave me a massage and I'm going back!

This place does NOT direct bill. They advertise it on their website but if you are new (er) I find that massage therapy companies will always find a way to make you pay for it upfront. "You have to submit this receipt yourself. " "Your (Insurance Company) doesn't direct bill. " But in fact I recently found out that some insurance companies don't direct bill for certain types of massage therapist LICENSES. It depends on where they went to school and what their certification is: MT, RMT, etc. I don't get why this place cannot just mention that to their clients. I also don't understand why any treatment should be paid for upfront. What if I wanted to leave a tip? Sometimes I don't leave one on the machine because it just doesn't feel right to do so BEFORE my treatment. Which is why I always have to make sure to have cash in my pocket whenever I come here for TIPS (inconvenient). It would be convenient if I could just pay afterwards. Which makes sense to me and I feel like the majority of people would agree with me on this as well. I feel as if they automatically expect you to tip 20% right off the bat. What if I didn't enjoy my service as much as I had hoped or for whatever reason and wanted to leave 15% or 10%? Safe to say I will not be returning to this company as I have already been here a few times before and have never really had great customer service, massage services are also sub par from the majority of therapists (I've seen a few different ones). I do like the online booking system though. Quite convenient. I feel as if all service providers should have online booking now that it's 2020. Pro tip: before deciding to go through with a service, call ahead to make sure that the company can actually in fact direct bill with your personal insurance company and the massage therapist you have booked with (based on their license or certification). I will for sure be doing this in the future. Even if that means arriving a bit earlier than the usual 5-10 minutes so the receptionist can phone the insurance company to verify this information. Why should a person pay upfront if they have insurance? This just baffles me. THAT'S WHAT INSURANCE IS FOR.

I attended my first appointment at Knead to Unwind yesterday and am incredibly impressed with the establishment and the customer service. Clean, relaxing and enjoyable. Keeley is an excellent therapist who gives THE BEST neck massage. I will definitely be back.

Just had a massage with Taylor. She’s great as always. Much needed after the covid 19 shut down. The office was great with the reopening. Maybe over the top with all the precautions but sure gives you peace of mind knowing that they have taken all the precautions. Will be coming back soon. Felt very safe.

Been needing a massage for months following a long hospital stay, was very nervous. They were very friendly over the phone, emailed me the assessment so I could get that done in my time before hand (very useful). Arrived to a friendly greeting, comfortable waiting room, my therapist, Danton, was out to greet me on time, courteous and friendly, offered me the washroom first, a very mindful gesture before a massage I think, once we got in the room we spoke about my online assessment. This was very good to me. He knew his stuff, somewhere in between appts he had made time to study it, I was impressed and immediately put at ease by this. Massage was amazing, like you can feel the difference as he went along. Bloody amazing. Definitely worth the trip! They direct bill for those lucky to have coverage.
