Kobi's Auto

I have been trying to contact Kobi's Auto about this issue and have got no where with them. I've made numerous complaints about kobis auto about the fact the vehicle was a write off and not a repossession. We have photos of the vehicle at the mpi crusher lot. They listed me under as a cosigner but at the time I did not have my license or a job to be a cosigner for anyone. Kobi's auto refused to repair the vehicle and instead decided to send the truck to mpi where it was a write off and label it a repossession under my credit which was not the case. I do not understand why they continue to report to my credit. Kobis auto was told to pick up the vehicle to repair it. In return they sent it to mpi instead of doing what they were asked to do. Which was to repair it and return the vehicle. Payments were made every month. Repairs were not done by kobis. There was no such thing as warranty. I do NOT recommend this place. Very bad experience. All they sell are broken vehicles with high kms. Not worth it. Hubby Lost out on 8 grand because of them. Please don't become the next person to lose out on alot from them. They do not care about there customers.

I leased my SUV from here and loved the whole process. Very painless, signed a few papers and drove right out the door.

This place sold us a vehicle that was not roadworthy. Took it to an MPI safetied station and would not pass at all the Rockers were rotten Etc. Came back to the seller and he would not refund money back kiss comment was sold as is. Go to a reputable car dealership that won't rip you off. Stay away. I learned my lesson

I like this place.for a guy that needs wheels, they will wrk with u.freindly as get out.if u honor yr contract, u will have no problems.c u real soon for ninja

I have never had such a great experience. I not only found a car within my price range, but I am feeling better than ever driving it. It is not only the purchase that was excellent, but it was the service that was better than anywhere else I’ve been. They were personal and respected everything I needed. If you are looking for a new car, please take the time to go here!

Awful service, gave us vehicles to test drive, later found out they were not safetied, advertisement is false they increase prices on you, they also ask for deposits that are non refundable buyer beware.

Could be a bit cheaper.but at the end of the day, they will help you when nobody else will, and there's value in that alone.we've got 2 cars from them and have been treated as if we were family. Ignore the trashy reviews.can't make everyone happy. We've yet to have any major problems with their cars.thanks lee-hee!

Slow service. Cars are way over priced and tjey sell u cars that were writen off or been smashed up and they dont fix everything they say they will before u pic up ur car. Tried them 2 times and the second car is in worst shape then the first one after a couple months of driving it. All the hidden problems they hid all started coming out

Please just go somewhere else don't waste your money on repairs they should of paid for before selling the car my first car was broken down not even 24 hours after getting it same with the 2nd car not even a week in.the car starts acting up and it's back in the shop (their own shop) not a 3rd party repair shop which is even worse just take my word that this is the worst place to deal with in Winnipeg and I got a 3rd vehicle and that one was trash also just go elsewhere where someone loves doing what they do

Very friendly but very poor customer service. Nothing but trouble with the vehicle they sold me. I will never buy another vehicle from Kobi's and I recommend that people shop elsewhere for a used vehicle.

Never put money down on your bill, and expect them to stop the preauthorized payments.the lady can’t do her job properly can’t stop the preauthorized payments before they get taken out the next month.you got one job and had a month to stop the preauthorized payments and couldn’t do that, sad.now I wonder how much of a hassle will it be to get my money back.incompetence at its finest people, I suggest everyone stay away

They're very nice people and they don't pressure you to buy things it's a very well organized business

Never had a problem. They’ve ALWAYS been super accommodating. Very friendly and welcoming staff, and I love my vehicle.

I am at the finishing line of my financing with Kobi’s Auto; I have worked closely with Kobi’s staff since 2014 on my Cadillac CTS financing agreement. As a customer, they have shown me support through a vehicle theft, an MPI claim, and any maintenance of my vehicle that I required. They are easy to talk to like family, and the staff are incredibly understanding and dependable. When I came to them about my ex bf stealing my car they helped me get it back. When I came to them about an accident they helped me with the MPI claim, and we had my car fixed and back on the road in no time. Finally when I needed a part or maintenance of my car they always knew how to help and even have a mechanic on site with amazing know-how. I am going to miss this extension-of-family-oriented team, but I own an amazing car that I constantly get compliments on. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for providing exceptional service throughout the years and working with me to be the owner of this sexy whip! I am definitely sending f & f to Kobi’s Auto when they are in search of their own vehicle.
