Bought the viper remote starter a few years back. The signal ended up not connecting. Took it in for someone to take a look at it. Thought we'd have to pay for the service but the gentleman who helped was awesome got it fixed up for us in 5 minutes and didn't charge us. Awesome service!

Had some repairs done to our after market stereo backup camera connection. Speedy job, reasonable price, and great communication about how the job was going.

I am not happy with them 25 minutes away they told me to stop in for my safety never showed up was not happy with that. I don’t recommend them.

Went there today to get a Bluetooth receiver installed in a classic car, Cory suggested they install 2 speakers in the dash plus I already had a speaker box in the hatch. It sounds amazing, very professional installation, I highly recommend any one who needs any car audio work done to go there.

Thanks guys, nothing too exotic - but I bought an old Toyota Corolla wagon and had a failing head unit in it replaced here, realized that the single pair of front under-dash speakers didn’t match up to what the replacement Kenwood deck was capable of. A Rockford-Fosgate all-in-one subwoofer/amp combo and a pair of Kicker “K-series” coaxial dashboard speakers turned this system inside-out.
Great job, over 30 years and this is the place I still trust for any installation work.

Had my remote starter installed there ages ago - good and helpful staff. My starter did have trouble few times and they always troubleshot with no charge.

Had an issue with my starter, Cory took us in right away for a quick assessment. Turns out it was a quick fix and he got it working within 15 minutes. No need for an appointment or anything - great service.

Came here back in 2020 and realized I never left a review. Amazing service, walked in and they installed a huge sub system for my Charger in the same day. Friendly and great work

Awful service. Staff was asked to come up with stereo plan and contact via me email and telephone. No response was given. Staff was rude at the front counter when there. I could tell they didn't want the business, it was a difficult task to get what I need done. They were only intended in car starters as winter was approaching so the cost for my job would be double than usual! Scam artists. Will never return or recommend.

5*. I would 100% recommend their services to everyone. Ken and his staff are courteous and extremely knowledgeable in everything Remote start and audio related. The techs are very professional and put out quality results. It's clear they hold their work to a higher standard than most.

They've helped me out with my remote start even though they didn't install it. They've put in aftermarket stereo equipment for me and on a seperate occasion helped trouble shoot and remedy some rattling happening in the passenger door of a vehicle I brought in on a whim at no charge. It was a quick fix, but it was really impactful for me because I was able to enjoy my music in my vehicle again.

In conclusion, Krazy's Car Clinic is my go to for everything car audio related going forward and I'll be getting all my Viper command starts installed and serviced there as well.

Best service, cost and customer care in Winnipeg. If you need to install a remote starter in your car, or upgrade your sound and stereo system, this is the place to go. Excellent service, fast, fair price and they spare no effort to exceed customer service expectations.

Been here last week to install a dual cameral system for my car. The team goes beyond to make the best they could for me.

Very rude staff at the counter and that answer the phone, I brought my car in there last year for them to see if they could fix my existing stereo set up in my classic muscle car but the wiring and everything was a mess and subwoofer was as blown so a lot needed to be upgraded which is fine I decided atm I would wait all good, few weeks go by I go to my car and was going to mess around with everything my self and see what I can do and when I looked in the car the subwoofer Was missing and the last time I took the car out as it is a classic car don’t take out often was when I went to krazys. So I call and explain it to the guy on the phone instantly very rude and pretty much laughed and hung up I didn’t accuse anyone of stealing just said I believe you guys forgot to put it back into the car as ppl do make mistakes he’s like nope and hung up so with that being said and how they treat ppl and talk to them I do not recommend this company to anyone, another situation recently i inquired about something he was rude again told me in the end what I needed and was about to ask another question and hung up already no goodbye no have a good day no do you need anything else.so Im very unhappy with them.

Just left Krazy s an hour ago. Very knowledgeable, efficient and good service. Take your vehicle to this place.
