We had purchased a MasterSpa Twilight hot tub for our cottage a few years ago from Krevco. Loved it so much we recently purchased a Michael Phelps LSX 850 for our home. We love it! The jets are incredible with a wide variety of jet positions and intensities which cover all areas of the body that you would look for relief. The size is also great, easily can accommodate 6 people without feeling like you are touching each other while relaxing. Walter sold us both tubs and is very knowledgable and responsive to questions. The delivery team was fantastic. Had the tub from the driveway to the backyard on the pad in a few minutes. Provided a very thorough educational session on the tub before leaving. No mess left behind. Whenever, we go to Krevco for chemicals or water testing everyone is very friendly. The Manager Paulo is also very knowledgable and helpful. We highly recommend Krevco. We went to all the hot tub vendors in our hot tub research and shopping and found that Krevco had great products and service.

Walter Barr is one of the most generous caring and considerate sales reps I have ever met. His conscientious regard for detail and thorough knowledge of all the products Krevco markets, makes it a seemless process dealing with him. I have known him since his days in Kenora and he is literally part of the spirit of Krevco that Don Carson has fought so diligently to preserve. If you want to skip the iffyness of pretentious sales reps ask for Walter, save yourself time and make yourself a new friend! Thanks Guys!

Love the instore water lab. Just bring in your water sample and the staff know in detail what is needed to have the water balanced. Beautiful showcase as well.

I would never go back to Krevco for pool advice. I came in asking for advice on how to balance the chemicals in my pool. I understand that I didn’t buy a high end pool…and I didn’t buy from Krevco. But my wallet was open. I would’ve spent a lot of money based on their recommendations, if I hadn’t been so badly spoken down to. Or, I would’ve left with advice on how to upgrade my system to be successful, and then likely gone back to get what I need from them. I would’ve recommended their services to others. They had an opportunity to educate me and secure a lifelong future customer. They weren’t interested. My advice, go elsewhere. I certainly will. There are plenty of other pool stores in Winnipeg who can provide you with what you need. Go where regardless of who you are or what you’ve purchased you will receive good information. Not only was Krevco unable to help me (so are they really experts?), I was referred to as “those people”; meaning those who aren’t smart (rich?) enough to shop at their store. I feel a little bit like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman…. ”you made a big mistake”. But they don’t care. Very poor customer service.

I’m in Kenora on a dock and they have been amazing. Love the master spa and their service team.

We were having trouble with our hot tub, people we bought it from said would be at least a week before they could look at it. Called Krevco and they came out the following day and fixed the problem. Will definitely be using them when we purchase our next hot tub. Thanks Krevco!

Just very disappointed in Krevco. At one time, we were so excited about being a SwimSpa owner. We invested over $30,000.00 in a MasterSpa Trainer 19 model approximately 10 years ago. If you are buying one, just make sure you screen in the bottom as you may have a mice problem. You know there is a problem with a company when you ask them if they would like to take back their product (for free) and try to resell it as a used model. I was in their recently to do just that and the person I spoke with said that the owner wasn’t in but would give him the message. Well, it’s been a few weeks and not even a call back to say that they weren’t even interested. Message received, loud and clear. I know others, based on their reviews, have had excellent experiences with them but I’m not one of them and glad that I no longer will have to deal with them. Again, this is just my interaction with them. If I had to do it all over again, knowing what I know, I wouldn’t spend the money and avoid them like the plague. Now here comes some witty or negative comment in response to my review.

Our new hot tub is set up and running. We absolutely love it and only regret not buying it sooner. Our whole buying experience was great from start to finish. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to get us up and running. Best summer ever! And kind of can’t wait for winter now!

Awful company to deal with. I wish zero stars was an option. This is probably the first review I've ever written but if I can save one person the headache of dealing with Krevco then it was worth it. We purchased a gas fireplace from Krevco and paid for the install. It was all downhill from there. The install took months because the installers couldn't figure out what they did wrong, the sales team when contacted with anything were very unprofessional and even less helpful. Almost impossible to get a hold of anyone and when I would it would take a week for a response. Finally got the fireplace finished and now when it rains it someone comes in the fireplace and has ruined the brick set and inner parts. The bottom filled with water and fried main circuit board. When I contacted them about that I was told that's not an install or fireplace issue, sounds like I have a rain issue. Do not waste your money here. They will not waste a second of energy trying to help or make things right.
The following is their mission statement. They should remove it. "best service". Hands down the worst service I've ever had and worst experience dealing with almost any company.

Update, in regards to the owners response.
The installer replaced the control unit becuase he said it would be covered under Naploeons warranty. Which he also figured the brick set would have been as well. It was only a day later or so when Krevco got involved they said nothing is covered.

The "fix" to prevent rain was an additional cap that was sold seperately which I agreed to becuase it was less than $100 remedy. After agreeing to that I was told that product is no longer available and an new exhaust system would need to be installed and now the price was going to be close to $500. That's when I said I would take care of it myself ($10 worth of tin from a hardware store)
I've contacted customer service many times, they don't offer any help and are always very difficult to deal with.

Don't let their reponse be misleading. I'm not out to accuse anyone of something they didn't do.

We purchased a ts240 hot tub from Krevco, the service and support we received from Walter and Paulo, has been absolutely incredible and excellent. My wife and I researched for a year before we purchased a hot tub. The knowledge Walter showed and support from Paulo is incredible. I would highly recommend seeking out these two individuals if you are looking for a hot tub.

I bought a swim spa from Walter in sales last week. He was so informative on the whole sales process, I would recommend Krevco to anyone looking for anything they sell!

We went and bought pool furniture from Krevco and we had a lot off questions.we weren’t buying cheap stuff, so we wanted to know the quality and durability of it. The salesman was awesome.made us feel like we’re the only ones in the store! Tops in knowledge and patience!

Great experience with Krevco. Legendary outfit in Winnipeg, Everett in Sales was easy to work with, gave good advice and a quick turnaround for delivery. Had to get the tub serviced, technician showed up within 24 hours of the call.

We had a treadmill delivered today. The delivery people were friendly, tidy, and professional. They gave me instuctions about the machine and some maintenance tips. The treadmill seems great on first use. I am always pleased with Krevco's services.

Gas fireplace stopped working during cold spell when we wanted extra heating. We got prompt service from Krevco. The two servicemen that came were great. They had prepared me for what the charges may amount to. We were very pleased they came prepared to solve the issue and had the parts with them. We are very happy to have our fireplace working again.
