Update: The pandemic has interfered with a return to Canada for three years, but this week we got back and our favorite French bakery was our first stop. How glad we were to find that the selection, flavors and textures were just as we remembered. The almond croissants remain our favorite- the best we've ever had- and the tarts, cinnamon rolls, breads and staff are all wonderful. Thank you, LBB, we look forward to our next trip north!

I stopped in while vacationing from the States, and I have never eaten such a flavorful coconut tart before. I was so pleasantly surprised by the texture and the flavor, but the design is what sold me in the first place - a cute little toasted mummy to fit the Halloween season.

The honey they sell is also so reasonably priced and tasty - using a couple of these jars as holiday stocking stuffers.

They have the best croassant in town. If you are lucky to find them available to buy.

We stopped in here to grab a treat before heading home from a visit to Winnipeg. We were not disappointed. Excellent little bakery.

I got a sourdough bread, it came inconsistently sliced - some tick, some very thin - and it has a weird flavour, me and my partner could not finish it.

It's unfortunate that you pay the price of an artisanal bread and get something with such a low quality.
