So I recently switched my House and Auto Insurance to La Salle. I can say without a doubt they are the best in the city. After having a very disappointing experience with my house insurance due to lack of response and follow up with another agency, I reached out to La Salle. Genna and Brittany are amazing, patient and thorough. They answered all my questions, and got me the best rate (lower than my current provider and better coverage!). We also just switched our Auto insurance to them as well. After leaving multiple messages to the "other guys" I told my wife to reach out to La Salle, and Cindy picked up on the 4th ring! Sam took great care of her and we were in and out in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend La Salle Insurance to anyone that is tired of being ignored!

I have been having an issue with my drivers license for over 1 month now and la selle helped me solve it with ease, Thanks to Maryna she was very kind and helpful. Very satisfied with their service.

I made an inquiry about insurance over the phone and a female staff member answered. Just before hanging up, I heard her sigh and say 'Jesus'. I found this extremely unprofessional.

I'm quite disappointed. I chose to inquire here because this branch opened 1hr earlier than others, but after this experience, I won't be reaching out again. The staff training seems to be lacking.

Amazing service! Especially by Aitesam Kashmiri. Was very helpful even during the strike. Went out of the way to help me out.

Not great at all. I spoke with three different people who barely understood what I was asking for. I left with only part of what I wanted and they spelled my name wrong on the policy despite having my ID and credit card with my name on it. This place used to be so good and reliable. What happened? ! Two stars because even though they were not knowledgeable, they were at least nice about it.

Nice, quick service. Understanding and polite staff. I dealt with a service provider who was Asian male; dont remember his name, but he was kind, polite and not rushing.

Kaylen was amazing to deal with.

There was a system glitch which caused a delay in processing request- this resulted in my calling several times to get an update.

Kaylen remained calm and professional and reassured me that the issue would be fixed and my request would be processed.

The worst service I received till date. I had very high expectations for this autopac from my past experience with them. But, this time I hated the service I got and the girl helping me was clearly not in the mood to work or I don’t know what was wrong with her attitude. I don’t think I’ll ever come back to this autopac ever after receiving this bad of a service. She didn’t bother explaining anything on my insurance and despite me asking of what I want my insurance plan to be, she didn’t respect my choice but just rolled her eyes and made faces, because I didn’t get what she offered me because that was expensive for me. She was throwing the papers on me to sign with an attitude, not at all respectful to the customer. Felt very bad!: (

I have used Lasalle Insurance for several different vehicle questions and autopac coverage as well as home insurance. Recently, I went through a difficult time selling my vehicle and purchasing a new (older) vehicle. The team here was very kind and efficient with all my questions and concerns in both the private sale of my vehicle and the purchase and insuring of the vehicle I purchased as the experience was very stressful. Literally the best insurance broker I have ever dealt with. They are kind, supportive, fast and professional. The agents Logan, Kenzy and Luc are the reason I feel like this towards the company.

Very poor service whole staff is new and they are not trained well. I asked them to activate my insurance and they activated from next month. I got ticket for this and there staff member its our fault. But manager Kara and Janelle said you can fight your ticket. They just give me a letter that don’t make any sense and they took 8 days for that. I would recommend you guys its better to go to other autopac. Worst place and management.

Luke did not share the correct information on license renewal to me. So much arrogance for a CSR is not Canada like. For the 1st time I had an experience with such a rude person as CSR. He kept insisting he told me I can come back and renew in a week, why would I make a decision that is not in my favour. I assume I came in at the closing time and he was rushing to end his day but it was definitely enough time to serve me before you close.
