Bought a few things for my wife and needed to exchange an item due to fit and because I'm excellent at procrastinating I was an entire month past their return cut off date. They were more than happy to do the exchange for me in store anyways! I'll pay more for good service any day.

I went there the other day to return an item that did not fit right. The Lady at the till proceeded to ask me if I wanted a cash return, store credit, or exchange. I exchanged my item. She then introduced me to her staff who would help me out. I tell you, the customer service I received was amazing! I was on limited time, the girls (one Burnette, one blond) went out of there way to make sure I was taken care of. I can't express my thanks to the friendly, helpful service I received. I definitely recommend this place.

The store seems to go above in their cleaning measures. An employee, with longer brown hair, was very outgoing and friendly. She seemed a very genuine and hard working person. Some items are priced higher than what I would pay but if you take advantage of sales it’s not too bad. Quality of items seem decent too.

Horrible experience, went in to see my wife who had asked me to come see something she had tried on and was very rudely told that men arnt allowed back there, no posted signs and the last time we were in Winnipeg I helped her buy two outfits.sorry Brandon, won't be going back!
