I was at this location and trying on a few items. It was for my wedding and I didn’t want to spend too much at the store because I’ve already bought other items at another store previous to going here. Now I must say I do have a lot of anxiety with grabbing items and trying on because I’m worried I’ll be judged for not buying at least one item from the fitting room. So this lady who looks to be the manager cause she’s older and I’ve seen her before and she’s never happy, comes up and asks if I want to put my things in a fitting room. I say sure! So I had the items over and she takes them, she does this about 3 times. When I get to the fitting room I’m trying to call my fiancé to get his opinion on what I should get because I’m super indecisive. I ended up actually wanting to purchase more than I was thinking but then the manager knocked at my fitting room door and asked if there were any no’s which there was so I handed her the no’s over the fitting room door. She proceeded to say in the most rude way “oh you’re also not taking all of these? ” I then said “just the ones I threw over the door thank you” she than said “noooo (in a passive aggressive tone), you have these hanging right? So you picked all these and not getting any? ”, I was so anxious at this point because now I’m feeling so rushed to find something so I can just pay because I didn’t want to walk out with nothing and have her more upset that she has to put more away. I than said, “oh no those are just hanging because one of the associates told me I could only bring in a certain amount so she put them there until I switch them out”. The manager didn’t answer and walked away and now I’m feeling a little stressed because she’s going to see that the other items I’m not taking. I’m just very picky about the way I look with items on especially because it’s my wedding and I want to get something nice. (I can also hear the manager get very upset with all the employees and talk badly to them) so I come out and take my things to give to back and I have two items in my hand that I’m debating on getting. I call my fiancé to double check with him and everything seemed good. I go to the cash and I’m waiting there for awhile for the manager to assist me because she was folding clothes at the cash register but she waited till she was done to come to me. She didn’t talk to me or look at me she just scanned and said the final total. Unfortunately both items that were suppose to be sale items were put down as regular and I just couldn’t afford that much at this moment and I told her that I’d have to leave them. She looked at me with this horribly rude attitude and I told her I was sorry and that it’s for an occasion but I wasn’t expecting it to be regular priced and she didn’t even look or say anything. I said sorry one more time and walked to my car. I was crying and felt horrible. The La Vie En Rose on kenaston by Costco at mcgilvery I will not be going to ever again. Worst customer experience and treats people poorly. The La Vie en rose at Polo park is the best for customer experience. Please go there especially if you have anxiety with shopping.

Love this place! Came in on Black Friday because I NEEDED a new bra. Everybody was so attentive (as per usual) and made sure everything worked out. On a big day like Black Friday I can’t say enough good things about the service received! Never been let down here, and cannot see them ever failing me

Looking for a personable, non judgemental, fun sales lady? Brooke is your gal. Lovely, knowledgeable about products, willing to check the back for more stock and just knows how to make her job fun, but also professional!
Highly recommend this location literally based off my interactions with her.

Purchased several outfits/pieces. The salesperson said the sizes she picked would fit me but they did not. Now I have a bunch of items that are wrong size and can not return. All of the items were not cheap and now they will never be worn
