Lost my chair to a house fire Mike was easy to deal with and got me my replacement chair in order with no issues at all!

If u have an extended warranty u better not be in a hurry. I have been waiting since August to have my recliner repaired.

We went in to the store on Ellice looking for a replacement loveseat that would go with the older set of La-Z-Boy couch and loveseat we had. Excellent service provided by our salesperson and we eagerly await its arrival.

No pressure or upsell tactics from the sales gals! Friendly and laid back atmosphere in a place you wouldn't expect. Got the exact chair I wanted! Shout out to Kristy for all her help!

I purchased a La Z Boy sofa recliner almost a year ago
I had to have more stuffing added twice so far due to the seating going flat
Now the cable that operates the reclining mechanism has broke and it no longer reclines
Don’t waste your money on a La Z Boy sofa! They are garbage!
Will never buy another La Z Boy product ever again!
Sadly in order to post I have to add a star otherwise there would be none!

Was looking for a comfortable electric recliner and Lazy Boy had just what I was looking for. I walked in and was seen by Kristi the best salesperson ever about comfort and when I felt the adjustable headrest I was sold.wasn't as cheap as Leon's but you pay for what you get. On July 26th we went to the Ellice location to return a chair that didn't work for us and really look into the perfect chair going forward. We were approached by sales associate Laura who was very friendly and down to earth really taking interest in all our questions and concerns. And having an answer for all our questions. She wasn't the typical sales associate who was only after a sale. She took the time to explain all features and pricing on each chair and listened not just telling us what we think we need. Overall her service was amazing

Chris was so helpful! He found me the perfect chair. I wanted it quickly so he went the extra mile to find what stick was available.

Dealt with a very friendly and competent lady who would not allow us to buy a recliner until we had actually sat in lots of different ones. It was really nice to be treated as though what was best for us was the main focus. Would highly recommend dealing here. They treat you right.

I was very pleased with the quick service and the respect the sales people showed me while I was making a decision. No pressure from anyone. Also when I entered the store a sales lady approached me and asked a few questions. She realized I had been in before because I was talking about a specific product. She was so professional as she asked who I dealt with on my previous visit to the store. I mentioned the salesman 's name and she immediately went to find him. I thought this was very professional! I am excited to see my order when it arrives!

I really knew what I wanted when I went into the store! The Lazy boy products sell themselves! I found the colour I was looking for and was the full size sofa bed was in stock in Calgary. A salesperson arranged to have it delivered to my home an hour out of the city.

This is the first time we have shopped for living room furniture at Lazyboy and it has been a great experience. Sylvia and Fran are not only helpful but truly take the time to understand your vision, needs and budget. Our furniture arrives in 6 months when we requested it. As we were shopping before we actually needed the furniture we were able to purchase the items on sale and it was a great saving.
Although we don’t have the furniture yet I am very pleased with all the interactions we have had and feel very well taken care of.

Good store. Quality furniture to last a lifetime. Made in North America. We decided to buy 2 recliners with custom fabric and we will have to wait many months for it to be delivered. This delay is fine for us. A person could choose an in-stock item and have it immediately. Our salesman was kind and let us take our time to look at everything. He checked in on us to answer questions, but we did not feel crowded, rushed or pressured.

A very positive and enjoyable experience! We are two hours away from the Winnipeg store. I initially called the store to inquire about a certain chair. Laura answered my call. She was very friendly and helpful she offered to send me pictures (from her personal phone) of what was available. She answered my questions and gave me lots to think about. In days and weeks to follow we kept in touch as there were more questions and we had to plan the trip to the store when Laura was working. But Laura offered to come into the store to meet with us even if it was day off! Now that is customer service! When we finally arrived and met for the first time, it felt to me like we were old friends. We got right down to business, she knew exactly what we were wanting but was happy to show me other options too so I was confident with my choice. Very patient, Laura asked questions and listened to what we had to say. She made us feel very comfortable and it was a fun experience! Fran was also a tremendous help with the choosing of the fabric. She has a great eye! We will recommend to other family members and friends. Already thinking about our next purchase!

Be careful, leather quality is hit and miss. Leather doesn’t last more than a few years maybe 5. No warranty on this. Colour is painted not dyed. Also sold there is bonded leather which wears even quicker.

We had such a pleasant experience at the La-Z-Boy on Ellice! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and listened to what we were looking for, before showing us what stock they had and making sure we could see which upholstery we could get on the couch. After a tour of the store, Laura helped us find the perfect couch! If you're looking for a couch with longevity, La-Z-Boy has you covered!

I did not like the sales rep. I had. She seemed in a rush and more worried about getting as many customers she could. She left me on my own and seek out another customer to help. She didn't give me any information on the chairs I was looking at or tell me if it was a good fit for me. After hearing another rep talking to her customer explaining the features and who it was a good fit or not, I was very disappointed I didn't get that kind of help.
If there is a next time I will be sure that if I don't like the kind of help I am getting I will be asking for another.
As for the chair I bought I haven't gotten it yet. So I do hope it will fit in with my other furniture. Also hoping it will turn out being what I wanted.

We purchased a sofa and a La-Z-Boy recliner. The sofa no issue but had problems with the La-Z-Boy recliner I don’t recommend their extended warranty Claims Serveco Canada as those people don’t get back to u and don’t fix anything.its been. 2 weeks still haven’t heard anything yet So don’t waste ur $$$ on buying Lazy boy. Or on extra warranty from them. Not worth the $$$$

Product was in stock, excellent quality and really great service. Furniture lasts for many years (10+) so prices higher than some stores.
Brad Kittner was thorough, patient, and immediately found us what we wanted, which was a huge challenge in a time of such high demand and low supply. Great guy.
Highly recommend for truly comfortable, lasting seating.

Irene was very helpful and gave us great savings on our 2 power recliners. Only drawback is that we have to wait up to 9 months for them to be manufactured.

The in store experience was excellent. The incorrect model was delivered and it has a functional flaw. I received a refund and kept the lesser model as a ne one would take four months to get. Repair is expected next week.

Designer staff (Cathy) worked patiently with us to choose the furniture that best fit our space and assisted us with many options to choose the right materials and colors to match our new flooring and planned decor. The CAD cam designer (Fran) drew up a floor plan according to the dimensions of our room to ensure the furniture we had chosen would fit in the space before we purchased. It assured us that we could purchase with confidence considering the investment of quality furniture.

Good experience but sales staff should say that the lifetime frame warranty applies to the life of the piece of furniture not the life of the purchaser

The saleswoman helped us immediately and was able to answer any questions we had, but also gave us space to decide what worked best for us.

We had a very pleasant experience with Sandra and her associates. Sharon and everyone she called to assist us was tremendously helpful and gave us lots of time to select, try out and help us with colours and styles. We thought Sandra was so down to earth and loved having her show us around the store looking for specific chairs. We finally settled on two chairs and really appreciate the help she and her associates gave to us.

Phenomenal staff! Very helpful in assisting me to make the best choice for my home. I am a return customer and the always go the extra mile.

The prices and extra charges were a little high and the wait time for delivery was bad but the sale person was great to deal with. The couches and recliner better be great for the money we paid and the extremely long wait to get our order. 4 to six months is a long time for delivery
