Lakeview Inns & Suites - Brandon

Breakfast is something to be left to be desired. 2 hour window for breakfast 7-9. Girl running it doesn’t have the eggs out on time and takes a smoke break every 10 minutes. As someone who works it would be great if it was open at 6 and everything out.

No opinion for coffee and tea in the afternoon and evening either as the coffee machine and hot water dispenser is in the breakfast room locked up.

Stayed here for 2.5 weeks with my husband and baby while my husband worked in the area. We had one of the suites. We loved it there! All the front desk staff and the manager were so nice! The rooms were clean, breakfast was good and the beds were comfy! If work brings us to Brandon again we will definitely be back!:)

The Lakeview is a small, pleasant hotel that offers a comfortable respite for travelers on the trans-Canadian highway. The hotel is located just off the highway, on a street that is loaded with dining options, although there is not too much near the hotel itself. The service at the hotel is friendly.our room was clean and comfortable. In fact, it was a bit larger than expected. The breakfast offerings were just OK. A bit lighter than we have enjoyed on this trip, and by lighter, I mean, fewer offerings and what they had for hot food was not entirely appetizing. The hotel is overall clean. This hotel will serve as a nice stopping point. We would return. Be warned.the hotel brand is Lakeview. This place has no lake, and no view.

The front desk staff tried very hard to find a plug for the tub drain. Couldn't so offered to move me. I was too tired but maybe should have since the a/c didn't work.

The only issue was that we couldn't adjust the temperature in the room, but we were too tired to bother with it.

Location is very easy to access. Parking availability is excellent. Front staff very friendly and helpful. Super quiet rooms, very clean. I had to purchase a fan to get some sleep! Pull out bed needed a few extra blankets to make the springs tolerable to get comfortable on. TV was difficult to adjust but front desk came to assist. Fridge should open on right as it is difficult to access opening on the left, against the wall. Breakfasts are awesome! Self serve and lots of choices. Dining staff kept everything super clean, well stocked and organized. Vegan friendly options. Very spacious bathroom could use a grab bar or two, to aid in getting in and out of tub. Definitely will stay here again. Super close to shopping.

Very nice rooms and very clean.i loved the most that they have 4 pillows in each bed. They use bath&body works for their soap and shampoo/conditioner the best!

Carpets smelled very bad, air conditioning not working properly, coffee pot in room didn't Work.
But the complimentary breakfast was excellent

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Easy to access from the road. Great staff. The breakfast is also good. The room is spacious and very clean.

Great rooms, nice and clean. Right off the highway with parking in the back for larger trucks or pick up pulling a trailer. The continental breakfast was better than some other places

It's a clean bed to sleep in, and the place is maintained well! The rooms are a little on the small side, but otherwise it's a great place.

The breakfast bar had wonderful choices for all. The only complaint was that it was never open on time 10-15 minutes late both days we were there. The facility is very clean. Staff are accommodating.

We love this hotel because it's clean, have friendly employees and pet-friendly. The room we stayed in had a door going outside that made it convenient for us to get our dog into the room and outside. We parked right outside that door, too, so loading and unloading was quick and convenient.

Great staff! Quiet and convenient location — North end of 18th street away from Brandon’s busy south end of 18th street. Have enjoyed a clean and comfortable room every time I’ve visited (a total exceeding 25 nights). An excellent Continental Breakfast from 7am - 9am featuring cold items (cereal, yogurt, juices, etc) and hot items (egg omelette, bacon, sausage, waffle [make yourself], coffee, etc). Would recommend to family and friends who need a relaxing rest after travel, shopping, or appointments. Subway and Pizza Hut very close to hotel, as well as Smitty’s, A & W, etc. Door Dash and Skip the Dishes both deliver here (have had no issues).
