Ordered a corsage for my daughters grad. Told them I would pick it up at 5: 30. When I got there at 5: 30 there was a sign in the door saying be back at 5: 45. Was still waiting at 6: 00. Made us very late for the grad dinner and still have no corsage. Will not use them in the future.

Received a Mother's Day bouquet from them today. Most of the flowers are wilted and almost dead. The lilies that are in the bouquet have broken petals. I have never been so disappointed in a bouquet before. I also feel extremely mad that my son spent his hard earned money on such a disappointing gift. This florist should be ashamed of themselves for taking his money and sending out a product of ridiculously poor quality.

I went to the store March 15th for 0930am and it was closed. I waited for a few minutes to see if someone would show up but nope! Maybe the hours need updating?
