Ate Mhel is a very accomodating realtor! She is very knowledgeable in real estate. She is open to inquiries and suggestions She will educate you as a buyer and as a seller. She will not judge you of what you do not know. Her strategy works for me. She was able to sell my house in 5 days and confirmed sold in 10 days. We were able to find a new home 5 days after. I called, and asked to set an appointment, one of Landmhel's employees was rude and asked for my budget, and she said that sorry its too oow. Not ALL Winnipeggers are rich!

Maneet Jassal was the worst person to do business with. He is arogant and thinks he's better than you. He lied and threatened to take me to court his own client because he protects Srena Homes the builder he sells homes for. I asked for issues in the home to be taken care of before we moved in because we have a young son and his response was that everyone has kids and we should suck it up. He said because we weren't buying a million dollar home I can't complain about the quality of work. I can't believe licensed people can do these kind of things.
