I wanted to give a shout out to Lynnette, Dan and the Lansard Bros.team for a job well done. A leaking roof and risk of more damage is a stressful thing to have happen. I called up Lansard and spoke with Lynnette who promptly set up an action plan to get my roof repaired with all the pending rain. I had many questions about the process and type of product they use. My questions were all answered without any hesitation. They arrived at the scheduled time and managed to do all my repairs in one shot. Thank you Lansard for outstanding service! Highly recommend!

We had a roof installed this summer with lansard, after reading reviews we believed that they would be a good reputable company to have work done to our home.

Unfortunately the job didn’t go as smoothly as we had anticipated, no fault to us but on the part of communication and project management on the company’s part. The worst was the damage that was done to our soffit. The roofers must have run into a problem as they found spray foam in the backside of the roof between the soffit and the shingles. Instead of making us aware that they couldn’t replace the shingles without the soffit removed. They damaged the soffit to an extent that it could not be repaired to original.

After my husband communicated the damage to the company, a worker came out and stated he couldn’t fix it, it would have to be the guys that work on soffits to come down. We waited and no one came or called us. We then emailed again and received an unprofessional response from Lynnette. Stating that we had previously damaged the soffit and it wasn’t their workers that did it. The options given was pay for them to replace what was damaged or they’ll try and straighten it out. Soffits don’t just straighten back to original so that wasn’t an option we’d be ok with. Especially when the damage was done by them.

We’re now having to get another company to come in and do the work as lansard has let us down and proven that will not honour their work. Even after multiple attempts to have them make it right. Truly disappointing, and unprofessional.

We’re being hopeful that upper management will see these reviews and step in to correct the mistake as the customer service and warranty manager is not willing to, and we don’t believe that she has forwarded the problem to them. It’s a shame that a company is willing to have such a negative impact on the community for maybe $50 worth of work.

Lansard repaired some minor damage on my roof. I appreciated how approachable and responsive they were. I had trouble articulating exactly the issue I was having with my roof, as I'm not a roofer I don't know the technical terms. They worked with me to figure out what was wrong, and showed up as promised to resolve the issue.

From the beginning of process working with a quote, Ken would note out all the details of the extra work in the quote. This already seemed quite unprofessional, after back and forth he finally got the details in.

To get the installation, I had to email them multiple times and only after that did they give me a time frame that ended up being delayed (understandable)

When they installed the roof, they did half the work in a day and then didn’t comeback for over a week and not until I emailed again. Leaving tools, debris and materials all over.

After coming back to finish the work, they didn’t install one of the extras, again I had to email back and forth to get them back.

Tools were left again and debris wasn’t cleared of the yard, we had nails everywhere.

Upon completion we noticed that the a soffit at the back of the home had been mangled. We had called and emailed about this and nothing was done about it. After calling and emailing again. Lynnette was trying to say that the soffit was like that before and that if we wanted it fixed that it would cost us.

I’ve worked in the construction industry for almost 2 decades and I’ll say that this has been a horrible experience. Definitely would not recommend. Too many issues and no one seems to want to take accountability for their actions. I can only imagine what a warranty request is going to look like. Wish I would have not worked with them.

3 times over the past 2 years they have told me “ you will have a quote in 3 weeks” And the quote never came. I wanted a quote on a metal roof for my garage. Use these guys if you appreciate being ignored.

They did great work on my parents roof and new eavestroughs a few years back in the pre-covid ers. If you aren't familiar with the design of the early 1900s homes architectural designs, you wouldn't be able to tell that this house was built in the early 1900s with how nice the roof looks. Reasonable pricing (they do take payment plans), and one of the guys that was jamming out to Spice Girls is great.

Their crew is very adaptable with putting the disposal bin by the house and everything since my neighbours didn't want to open the door to move their many vehicles they had on the road in front of our house. They also work within set times so they aren't disturbing everyone else around us who are retiring for the evening from a long day. A I do recommend them to those in the area who are looking to get their roof done.

Didn't clean up after themselves and didn't finish around the chimney. For the price you pay, lazy and poor work. We will not be using them for any other work on our house.

We had Lansard brothers come to remove old and install new eavestroughing on the house. They did a great job and explained things well. They cleaned everything up after they were done and hauled all excess away. There were a couple of minor adjustments that needed done after the installation and they were quick to look after those things. I would highly recommend them. Prices very competitive and worth it for a good job!

I had a really bad experience when I replaced my roof two years ago as the shingles were placed incorrectly on the garage and the site wasn’t properly cleaned up after.
Really bad experience with the salesman when we pointed out that this needed to be fixed.
I had used them previously and will not use them in the future due to the experience.

Dan was so helpful when I was in a bind and couldn’t source out the product I needed. Great customer service, prompt reply and very competitive pricing. I’d highly recommend them!

I have been very pleased with the service I received from this company. They are friendly, professional and timely in their response. I highly recommend them.
