The store associates were lovely. I was looking for a graduation dress, and they took their time to suggest me different dress options. They provided helpful insights on how each dress enhance my features or not. I am more than satisfied for the whole experience and I am really happy for getting such an elegant dress for my grad. Definitely recommending it to other friends!

I have always loved shopping at Laura and Melanie Lynn for clothes. Nicest clothes and are made well. The staff at the store always help me find what I'm looking for. Super friendly staff. Love the awards program when making purchases.

Staff was not very friendly and seemed to be really disorganized. We had a woman help us with choosing and trying on dresses which was great but once she was aware that we were not sure about purchasing a dress that day, she left and didn’t assist us any further. I thought that was kind of an unfortunate way of treating customers. I don’t think we’ll be going back after our experience.

I love the clothes and the staff I always get to help me find what I want. They know what will look nice on me. All the staff are nice and treat you like a good friend. Love the quality of clothing and the comfort of the clothing. All clothes look nice for a long time and made well. Love everything there is to love about the store.

The sales lady was extremely helpful and made sure I found a dress that looked flattering and made me feel great!

Good quality clothes. Friendly staff & very knowledgeable. They get to know you & help you buy what’s right for you. This is the only store I shop at.
