I’m so happy and relieved that I happened to book a classic fill last month! I had my eyelashes done previously by another so called artist, as soon as Amber and Trinity had a look at my eyelashes they explained I needed to remove them and get a fresh set and thank goodness for that! Some were actually glued to my eyelids, they were so professional and explained the why and how eyelashes should look and be applied! Amber gave my a classic fill the next day after removal and what a difference, they looked natural, not heavy and no burning! I’ve had two fills since and happy to say my eyelashes look and feel healthy! I also just had my eyebrows down by Dao and they look amazing, she also was so professional and friendly! Thank you so much ladies!

Went there before New Year for a lash lift and eyebrow shaping. They were able to book me right away despite the holiday rush. Nice little place, helped me with my winter jacket. You have to remove your shoes though but they have slippera for client use. Trinity was the one who did my lashes and eyebrows and did an awesome job and I was so happy with the results. She is making sure that you are comfortable and didn't rush things. Thanks again for a wonderful experience. Will come back for more services for sure!

I came here for a facial but didn't even start it. While I was waiting for my service, I saw how nail master started her service: not sanitized customer's nails, not using sterilized nail bids. Actually, the nail bid she used even looked dirty as if it has already been used. Additionally to that, they ask to take your shoes off but don't provide with any slippers, and floor was very dirty, even though it was just a start of the day. I would not want to do any facial in the salon that cares so little about being clean. No receptionist, no one to meet you, not even a 'hi, wait for you service' from another team member. Terrible and poor service.

I got Lash extensions done by Dao and I loved the entire experience. The receptionist was super friendly & welcoming, the salon is beautifully decorated and in a great location. Dao was super fun to chat with and I left with beautiful lashes!

First time there today! The assistant was just wonderful! I came in to get classic lash extensions, But the women that did my lashes seemed to be in a rush. And because of her rushing, I might have noticeable chunks of glue in my wedding pictures!

Like seriously this is the worst experience me and my cousin had so please never go there specially for eyebrow sugaring.

It was my first time getting my lashes done and didn't know whether to get lash lifts or extensions. Trinity was really patient and helpful to me, I booked for lash lifts at first but I was not sure maybe extensions were better so when I phoned in she mentioned the difference between the two made the decision more easier so decided on lifts and when I came in but because of having very short lashes lash lifts wouldn't really give me that look I wanted to make my eyes pop out and maybe extensions would suit me more and she was right! She was also very accommodating of fitting me in especially when I was only available on weekends. She certainly gave great customer service! I would definitely come here again!

I would recommend actually coming here for lashes! Bailey did my classics and looked beautiful and got many compliments! Getting my fills really soon but going up a notch!

I have been getting my lashes done by Kazel for a year now and have always LOVED how my lashes turn out every time. Some times I like changing the style of my lashes, and no matter what style I'm going for, Kazel has always done such a great job. She also suggests and recommends what she thinks would look great but will always style my lashes the way I want them. My appointments are quick and my lashes last for quite some time before I have to get another fill. I would definitely recommend Kazel to anyone looking to get lash extensions!
