We'd like to thank Shawn for taking care of insect problem this season. Without his diagnosis and treatment our lawn would have been lost.

Had our lawn aerated yesterday by Lawn Man. Super happy with the results and turnaround time. Will definitely use them again in future.

Around 2 weeks ago they can to my neighbor house and spray alot of stuff on everything did a bad job.try to phone then but to this day nothing but I finally talk to one guy so to tell about what happen.and ask why no one called back.but the thing is why spray on my yard and step on my side if I planted something and he step on it. Just to say I talk to one of your employees he said he talk to you and I left a message on your phone if you say that you did not get it your lying, really and when they spray the stuff on the lawn is smell like gasoline

It's really hard to write a bad review. I can't even remember the last time I did. But, I feel compelled to do it this time, hoping that anyone who reads this can avoid having the disappointment we have had and also to help you avoid wasting your hard earned money.

We hired Lawn Man hoping that they would improve our lawn health and weed control. Now, I have burned grass in many spots, the lawn is full of weed, and today is worse than it was before we hired them. Yes, they claim that every 14 days you can request "touch ups" but, truth to be told, it doesn't work!

I asked for a refund and they would only refund 3 out of 6 applications. Those 3 applications left the grass even worse than before. Why do I have to pay for a service that has done nothing that was promised? If I had the time and energy, I would take them to court.

I was just told by manager that he is not there to listen to my concerns. Kept talking over me. Had the man on speaker phone. My daughter could not believe the conversation. I tried to explain the conversation I had prior to using their service. The individual with whom I initially spoke is no longer employed with company. Manager insinuated that I’m a liar. Downright rude to the point of ignorance. I’ll go with someone else in the future.

So far so good. Had our first service call a week after signing up. We shall see how it goes. Staff on the phone is very kind.

I have been with Lawnman for several years. But this year, I wanted to do overseeding, so I asked them if they can delay mowing for several weeks till the end of May. They said it is fine. Then they told me the grass is too long and they cannot cut it. So we borrowed our friend’s mower and cut the grass. We called them and said they can now start to cut the grass. They didn’t enter that into the system. We then waited for the whole day, but they didn’t show up. When we call them, they said they won’t cut the grass until a week after. Before they can come to cut the grass, we will have to cut it again ourselves because they do not accept any lawn that is not mowed for over 5-6 days, even though it is completely their fault for not entering my phone about restarting the lawn mowing. Instead of being apologetic and trying to work together to resolve the problem, they just act super rigid and rude. Very poor service. Will not back. Anyone who are looking into this company should rethink

I have been a customer for several years with Lawn Man. I signed up this year again, early enough to quality for their $249 early bird package. They have not shown up to to kill my dandelions. I contacted on Monday May 21 to see if it was an oversite and they said no it was not, and would try to come in the next couple weeks. I said that was unacceptable and was told they would try to come in a week. They did not. At this point I am cutting my grass every two or three days to try and make it look less horrible. Some dandelions have even gone to seed. My recommendation is to stay away from this company. I was not contacted by owner despite telling their customer support I was very frustrated.

I live on st vital rd and have had weed man taking care of my lawn for a few years now. By far my favorite ppl we have 3 kids yard is always full of toys and stuff the person today moved thungs and went above and beyond in my mind. Thank you

We have been using Lawn Man services for about 2, -years now and have been seeing a noticeable improvement in the overall health of our lawn each year.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would! Worst lawn service we've ever used. Their application of the product is inconsistent because they rush through it so fast that there are many missing spots. In other spots, they applied too much so it burnt our back lawn. The front-line staff are friendly, but the general manager was the biggest jerk I've ever come across in business. When I complained, he said the lawn was burnt because it was too hot out. That doesn't explain how only half the lawn is burnt plus I was watering the entire lawn regularly to avoid this. They say "unlimited weed control" but not really - you have to wait 2 weeks to call to re-book another application (I understand that). But 2 weeks later when you call, their schedule is busy and you wait another couple of weeks. By that time, over a month has passed so the weeds go further out of control. They were the cheapest among several, but it was the worst service and the product doesn't work. Never again!
