Top notch staff friendly and helpful. Always have what I need. Best part the store is pet friendly so our "Fur Child" can experience the whole Lee Valley thing too!

Didn't have exactly what I was looking for but I found a replacement product that seems to suit our needs. We'll see how it holds up.

Very attentive and knowledgable staff. They saved the day! When Amazon said to throw away the furniture, it was nice to find the parts I needed instead.

Lee Valley has a million little goodies but not all are displayed. Although you can shop the store, you also need to check their catalogue. This is a magical store that has something for everyone and every budget.

Sure lots of cool stuff to look at, but the stupidest system at point of sale. I picked out all my items and didn't need anything from the warehouse and simply wanted to pay for my purchases. There were at least 10 people waiting at the "pickup" area but no customers at the tills. I asked a staff member who informed me I NEEDED A TICKET in order to pickup OR PAY for my purchase. What? ! I left my purchases on the counter and walked out. Making you wait to pay, while other people are having their orders picked is beyond stupid. I'm ready to hand over my cash but "take a number", and wait for everyone else. You lost out on my sale today and I probably wouldn't return. I'll make my purchases where my money is accepted more easily.

Most things are as over-engineered as their checkout procedure. It takes 5 to 10 minutes to serve each customer. Lol.

Lots of cool gadgets and tools there, and the lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful in finding me the right items I needed.
