The salesperson (Nikki) was very friendly and told me my options for frames and lenses and said what the best option would be. She broke down the price so that I would know exactly what I would be paying.

Came in with daughters unfixable broken frames. Her vision is such that she is unable to function without her glasses. We weren’t sure what we could do but Brad was fantastic in helping us, he was able to find a few pairs of fashionable frames that would fit her lens shape of her broken glasses. Another amazing thing about Brad is he found two frame options the a seventeen year old girl approved! She walked out with a beautiful pair of glasses.
Brad was extremely helpful and we would highly recommend.

I got exactly what I asked for at the price I wanted. I had a great experience shopping for new glasses today with Samantha Tressel at the Kildonan Place store.

We have been purchasing our eyeglasses at Lenscrafters Kildonan Place Winnipeg location for many years and have generally enjoyed good service and customer relations. Today (August 25,2022) was different however. After my wife and I selected our frames, we were subjected to a very hard sell on upgrading our progressive lenses to the latest version of Varilux by the young woman serving us. This added approximately $300 to the price of each pair of glasses, even with the “50% off lenses” sale. This meant that the total cost of each pair was upwards of $1000, even with the modest cost of the frames we chose. Worse still, we were made to feel that we would be rendered nearly blind if we dared choose the quality of lenses we had enjoyed for the last two years. Unacceptable sales practices to us, so we walked down the mall to the competition where we enjoyed no high pressure sales and bought our new glasses.

There was a scratch on my sunglasses that I bought for 600 plus dollars today and when I came back to discuss the issue the manager gave me the most patronizing response. She said there will always be scratches, “can’t guarantee scratch free frames. ” Very rude manager. Never doing any business again. All my family gets glasses from there. But will refrain. I wish there was a -1 star rating.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I received the most amazing help from Brad. He seriously went above and beyond his job to help me and make sure I left extremely happy. He was so kind, helpful, and friendly. I will always be returning to lens crafters KP just for Brad! Amazing. 10/10. Thank you Brad!

I bought a pair of progressives and a pair of computer glasses from Brad. He picked out a frame I wouldn’t have even thought of and they were perfect! He was very patient and attentive. Excellent service.

I purchased glasses in January and unfortunately they did not fit properly and they were a type that could not be adjusted. Edvina made sure that a message was left with the manager and followed up to ensure that a solution was communicated to me. In the end I was able to buy a warranty, pay the deductible and order a new pair of glasses. I appreciated the effort Edvina put in to ensuring I had a good experience and feel she went above and beyond.

I went in for some glasses with my wife and Sam was wonderful. She went above and beyond to educate us about what type of lenses we need. She made the time to make us understand why lens crafters has some of the best quality products. Again thanks Sam from KP LensCrafters.

Edvina was the sales person that helped me in choosing my new glasses. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and quite helpful through the whole process. She gave honest feedback on the frames I narrowed my choices down to and helped me to decide whether or not to purchase transition lenses for my 2nd pair of glasses or to have them souly as sunglasses. I will definitely recommend KP Lens Crafters to others and will return in future.

I went into LensCrafters to get my glasses adjusted and was greeted by a lovely young lady, Samantha. I inquired some issues I was having with my glasses which are only six months old.
She looked at them and told me why I was having these issues. She was very informative and had a lot of knowledge on existing and new information on types of lenses. She explained
everything and the cost of getting a new pair and gave me my options plus discounts and the difference between each option. There was no pressure at all from her and her kindness and genuine care clearly showed. I left a very happy lady and in fact did get brand new glasses 2 pair.
Samantha is a big asset to LensCrafters and I will recommend lens crafters as a great place to get glasses or any eyewear one might need.

Seeing how I haven’t gotten new glasses in a few years, it was a breath of fresh air having their staff find me my new pair of glasses. All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. If you’re in north Kildonan I would just definitely suggest going to this lens crafters.

Walked in to get my frames fitted and they helped without hesitation. Will come back for further services when needed. Went to an alternate optical store in the same mall and they weren't as helpful.

Best customer service I’ve received from an optometrist office! From selecting my frames to adjustments to even giving insight on what frames match with me! The employee I had went above and beyond and I’m so happy to have went to KP LensCrafters.

Bali was excellent. She provided fast service and adjusted my glasses by adjusting the nose pads that were bent. She was also very friendly and did a great job.

Very good service. Was made to feel very safe, all frames were sanitized if they were touched. Tried a different store in the mall, service was sub par.
Staff were very knowledgeable about different options which were new.

He offers superior customer service and always gets us what we are looking for that fits within our budget! Highly recommend Brad!

What a absolute help these people were. I broke my day glasses and needed them ASAP. I went in and the lady helped and within 45 minutes i was on my way.
