Saron was welcoming and accommodating during our visit to the store. She explained all the necessary information that we had to know and was very knowledgeable to the questions we had. Highly recommend looking for saron when going to lens crafters!

Super poor customer service we just asked for copy of prescription they said sit down and then 2 staff girls went in empty room and started gossiping one was just sitting idle. No one wad in waiting area. Staff was focused on gossiping one of them was little heavy.

We had the best customer service experience with Jack. HE was very accommodating and very knowledgeable. We will recommend him to our friends.

I had a wonderful experience at Lens Craft. The quality of their products is exceptional, and Saron, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me with my selection.

Terrible service, was going to get double charged for an eye exam even though I just had one done at a LensCrafters that has all the information in the system about the one from last week. The lady behind reception was very rude and did not feel like doing her job at all and said it was up to us to figure it out. As it would have only took her a call, we had to wait an hour and a half for no reply even though they stated they would call us back in half an hour or sooner.
Complete waste of time and employees have no work ethic.

Fast, polite, and professional. Accessible entrance and a wide selection of eyewear. Needed to get the nose guard on my sunglasses replaced and they did it within five minutes. Will remember the service for future use

He offered recommendations that were similar to the frames I’d chosen, which helped me narrow down my choices. With his years of experience, I guarantee he will help you find your glasses as well!

All my family we used to go there, but definitely not anymore after discovering "Bailey Nelson" what an amazing place there from staff the Dr super professional, the design and prices Amazing, unlike Lens Crafter over priced, Dr always pushing you to expoensive glasses when its actually not needed "shady tactics" so yes.bye bye Lens crafter and welcome "Bailey Nelson" at polo park.
