Heard good things about this place from my old coworkers and decided to try it tonight. Food and service were great!

Donair was the worst I’ve had anywhere and was waaay overpriced (it was small and light so should have been around $6-$9 max but it was like $13… absolutely ridiculous.)

Cannot comment on any other food items as I didn’t try anything else… so to keep it neutral I’ll put 3 stars

Food was really good. Restaurant was freezing cold, we wore it jackets while eating, everytime the door opened cold air rushed in and we were sitting as far away from the door as possible. I recommend takeout

Ordered chicken shawarma. Tasty wrap! The moment I had the first bite, I knew I’m going to love it. Wish I live close by. Will come back when I’m in Winnipeg.

The chicken wrap was not to my liking at all, the chicken was very dry and plain. Fries were good.

Compared to other shawarma places these guys are expensive and taste is normal and they didn't use fresh vegetables

Food was aight, portion is a little small for $20 (Chicken Platter). Food kinda hitting though but Baraka is still home.

My all time favorite restaurant. Great location! Great service. I've been visiting this restaurant throughout the years and all I can say is the meals have stayed consistent. Very flavorful and savoury! My family and I always order the platters! Anything and everything on the menu is delicious! Please do yourself a favor and eat here!

This place used to be great, but the last time we went every thing was bad. The prep area looked dirty, the food was incredibly salty and when I asked for water the server pointed to a jug by the washroom hallway under a dirty rag and a spray bottle.

The food is extremely delicious, mouth watering and just amazing, the chicken shawarma tastes perfect and the food makes me feel I am in middle east. It is money worth spend.

Omg soooo good. Arabic Sharma and zapata has soooo much spices. They gave us some humus and flat bread to try with it no cost. Kids both had poutines and e actually dropped one and broke the dish. They were so kind and gave him another one at no cost. Super friendly and kind. 100 coming again.

This place is amazing! Super delicious and authentic food fresh and great portions for a great price. They even have some middle eastern groceries for sale in the shop. They forgot a small thing out of our takeout order and went way above and beyond to make it up to us. The staff here are great. Good variety of meat and vegetarian dishes. Definitely worth a visit.

Small but mighty. Best shawarma I have had in a long time. Always fresh and the staff are always friendly. Worth waiting in line for.

The best restaurant in Winnipeg, the food is so delicious. We come here to eat few times per week, and yes we drive from St. Vital because it's totally worth it. Everybody is so friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend this place:)

Very good shwarma! Had the traditional chicken shwarma - it is saj style and tastes delicious. Their hot sauce is amazing, great taste and spicy. Highly reccomend if in Winnipeg

Good food, enough quantity and clean place. But the problem is there is no flavours in shawarma just chicken and pickles. Could be better in taste with variety of sauces in shawarma like tahini, hot sauce, garlic sauce etc.
