I found agent Malachi very helpful. She quickly diagnosed my problem. Also when I voiced dislike of pendant with big stop light button, she suggested change and arranged for me to get an upgrade on return of present pendant

I highly recommend this product! My mother has been wearing it at all times and keeps it by her bed at night.

My family feel much less stressed knowing my Mum (81) has her alarm with her.

The service is great, spoke with an Agent today named Ash she was lovely to speak with and very helpful.

I am particularly satisfied with this company. I have had my life line with them for a few years now. The lady that I was just on the phone with was so pleasant and helpful.one thing about this system is yit doesn't require a home phone it can be set up with your cell.

My father asked for a medical alert button for his safety. After reviewing the 3 most popular we decided to go with Life Assure. The benefit of the unit using GPS assures is our father can be anywhere in Canada and we can locate him on the app on our phone. He remains active however if something happens we can locate him quickly and he can access medical assistance quickly
Alicia and Malachi were very helpful and setup was a breeze.

I only needed it once so far and the paramedics that came were so nice and very good at there job which I had no sought they would be they took my vital and were very concerned about my blood pressure was low and I refused to go to the hospital so they helped me up and had sure I was ok before they left and they were very professional in all the ways they could be and that was very high on my list. And the lady Jack from Life Assure called me the next day and asked for a report from them and her call was very unexpected and she was awesome to speak to she was very respectful and I love that about people excellent telephone edicate was the honest and answered questions about everything and I thank her very much

The folks at LifeAssure have been very responsive, and the Elite device is perfect for my mother-in-law's situation. Once the sales people handed our case over to customer service, a couple of unexpected issues arise, like additional monthly charge to activate fall detection, and the lack of a pouch or belt clip case for the Elite. But we adapted, and it's all good.

Staff have been very helpful. They have answered our questions promptly. Testing the device was easy and their response time was almost immediate. They notified us within a minute. Great relief for us.

The device has a short battery life. 24hrs or less requiring 4 - 5 hrs charging. It requires charging daily. This can be an issue for our mother to do on her own. Longer battery life and faster charging would be a bonus.

Terrible customer service! My daughter has been charged $107 a month for a year with NO services. She never even took it out of the box! She has seizures and brain surgery. She ordered the GPS necklace and when it arrived she realized it was not what she needed. She returned it, after waiting 2 months for instructions. A year later she reviewed her bank statements and saw they continued to charge her even tho0 she cancelled it before it was even activated. When she called to have the charges refunded this week they are giving her a run around.
I am writing on her behalf because she is so upset and still recovering from major brain surgery. She feels like they are taking advantage of her brain injury to continue to refuse to refund money they shoud never have taken.
They wont even address it.

When we spoke on the phone - she called when it came, asked to return for refund for any charges as she wasn't gonna use the service. She said definitely and I thought the charges stopped right there.
My daughter paid for an upgradedddd service, (the plans start at $30 extra a month.)
We waited and waited for the print out that let's you mail it back for free, site even says it'll give you one for returns.never got anything and even eventually paid $25 to ship it to them.
They agreed to the refund and my daughter *with massive short term memory loss* thot it was dealt with but they continued to take money out. We called several times over the last week. And you avoided direct answers about refunding the $1000+ you have taken after it was cancelled.
So.you can tell us here. In a public forum, what you plan to do to refund that money.
Let me make it simple for everyone.

I am extremely happy with the service provided by Life Assure. Their system is very sensitive to even small movements, adjusts to my body style of movement and reacts positively by placing a call immediately it detects a fall, or anomaly. E.g. I sat down a bit hard on a sofa which was placed at a lower height than normal. My pendant recognized this as a "Fall" and activated the fall detection system by placing a call to the monitoring station which also responded immediately with 5-10 seconds. I would highly recommend Life Assure to anyone considering a fall detection system for their loved ones.

Very helpful with information and follow up. The 1-800 number is very useful and easy to talk to someone in person. An added bonus is that the alert buttons work in Canada and the USA!

Not good, tried to test it tonight and see if my mother could hear it in different rooms.problem was no one answered the "fall" button when we pressed it. Rang for over 2 minutes each for both attempts. Then the paramedic called and we reported false alarm. Then the firetruck showed up! All this because no on answered at Life Assure when the alarm button was pressed. Needless to say, it is going back.

Life Assure has been a tremendous asset for my mother-in-law and peace of mind for the family. They have assisted her 3 or 4 times now with prompt, polite, quality care. The family is very grateful for Life Assure and their professionalism and would recommend them to anyone.

At 2;30 am this morning the Unit in loud voice claims that they have received a help call and ask if i need help - I tell them that I did not push any buttons for help this goes on every ~15 min.they tell me that they can't fix it and I have to call Tech Support after 8.30am. 6 hrs of irritating calls if i need help every 15 min. About 9 am got hold of Tech who tell me to push Reset button on rear of unit as unit probably lost contact. After a couple of resets it seems to have stopped. Tech Support should be available 24/7! Very bad sleepless night. Not Happy with your service

What's the opposite of "Assure"? "Reckless"? "Incompetence"? "Mislead"? "Misdirect"? "Negligent"? "Dereliction of Duty"?  Let us tell you about Life Assure: Recently, one of their clients had an emergency and the alert necklace was activated. Life Assure sent first responders to the WRONG ADDRESS! With no response at this wrong address -which Life Assure "assured" paramedics was correct- police were then called to ram the door. Nearly an hour elapsed before Life Assure realized its error. Imagine if that was you or your loved one, waiting an hour for first responders all because of Life Assure. That delay could be the difference between life and death. To make matters worse, Life Assure has not taken responsibility for the costly damage to the building because of their complete incompetence. Neither emergency responders nor the police are at fault. Life Assure is at fault and they admitted their error. They failed their client and have failed an innocent party who is out of pocket thousands of dollars due to Life Assure's wanton carelessness. 0 stars. We can "assure" you: this is not a company that cares about clients, community, their reputation or doing the right thing. A complaint is being filed with the Better Business Bureau.

GPS system arrived faster than expected. Good customer service. Easy set up. The speaker in the pendant is not quite loud enough for someone who is hard of hearing. The GPS is counting on cell service. As we are in a rural area, the service isn’t always the best and the signal is often weak. Keep in mind that GPS systems need 4 hours to be charged and can’t be worn during that time—no way around that.

Yesterday I contacted Life Assure as I was concern if my device was operating system was functioning correctly.
The lady I spoke to was amazing she was very polite very friendly and compassionate. Before I contacted them I hesitated as I wasn't sure about my question and felt foolish to contact them.

The lady answered my question and we were on the phone for a few minutes. When I said good-bye I felt wow this was a great experience she took her time to explain everything in detail and I felt no question went unnoticed and her mannerism was amazing very friendly and approachable. Importantly she took her time to explain every detail.

So far very, very satisfied and relieved. I talked to a number of companies including the large American subsidiary and I opted for this Canadian company. Everyone I talked to at life assure was extremely helpful and informative. Thanks to all of you!

We opted for the mobility fall detection pendant for my mom. She can talk and hear the call Centre as the pendant is a two communication device. Even if the battery gets low it talks to her. So as long as the cell coverage is there it will see her no matter where she is.

She has only had it one week but yesterday it detected a fall at the grocery parking lot when her poor knee gave out. She was questioned by the operator to make sure she was okay and my sister, who lives locally was informed.

Very happy at this point!

When I spoke with Rhonda, I was more than a little stressed and not very organized. To say she was patient is a vast understatement! Not to mention incredibly helpful as she guided me right through to the end. Even staying on the line with me while we tested the unit.
She explained every detail (more than once) making sure that I had a complete understanding before we said good bye.
I will not hesitate to recommend your company to everyone I know who needs such a service!

My 90 yr old mum needed an alert system in case she fell. She lives in her own home so she needed that system, just in case. Because of the initial conversation I had I decided to go with this system. Then the team did what they could to give me the best possible deal as I was paying it for the yr rather than month to month. The staff have explained to me step by step how their system works from the moment you activate it. Its been a great experience and the staff really not mind how often you call them with any concerns you have. They never make you feel rushed off the phone but happily take the time to explain things. I recommend this product to anyone who feels they need it.

We rented a medical alert system from Life Assure for my Mother and we are very pleased with the device. We are also very pleased with the service my Mother has received and also service received from Customer service. They are so good with answering any questions you have. Fortunately, my Mom has not had to call for help yet but has accidently hit the help button and they are so kind and understanding. I would highly reccommend Life Assure for piece of mind, quality device and great service.

To date I have had no reason to use the device. However I do hope it works as claimed by supplier as a fall is my worst fear. I know it works when button is pushed but the fall aspect is why I got it. The service by contacts has been very good and the help to set up was also good.

Wonderful experience so far, had it for a few months. My husband had a fall yesterday and just with the sensor someone was asking him right away if he needed help! Highly recommended
