I called to see if what the wait time was for the Walk -in clinic and they said they had no doctors available. Then why is it open?

Dr. Foster was great. Just a long wait. She was thorough with my examination. Good walk in Dr. She called me back on Saturday to give me another prescription. So far I'm very pleased with her. Saw Dr. Foster again Dec 27th. Very good Dr. Concerned about me & did a thorough exam & specimens for tests.

My visit experience was very efficient. I like the fact that the staff called me at home to tell me that I could now see the doctor. It avoided me having to wait potentially a couple of hours in the waiting room. When i arrived I only had to wait about five minutes before I saw Dr. Foster who was friendly, professional, and new her stuff!

Made a walk-in appointment for over the phone, and received a call saying how they were going to prioritize me. Would’ve been nice to get a doctor to call me but I guess I wasn’t that important

I really appreciate Dr. Foster as a doctor. She is very thorough with assessments and I don’t feel rushed at all. My 5-year old son and I have both seen her as walk-in patients and I’m quite satisfied.

Dr. Foster and this is the Worst clinic I’ve ever experienced. I don’t visit our healthcare offices very often as I’m a healthy individual, maybe once every few years. My amazing doctor previously had changed her practice or retired otherwise, I wouldn’t have to experience such ridiculousness.

How someone like Dr. Rukhsana Foster kept her license so far as a fairly new grad is beyond me. She practices like a dishonourable & lacking code of conduct & ethics government employee. Entitled individual with not much experience. She probably belongs to some group that she believes she’s all powerful, that might come from her naivety & ego. I wonder if she’s knows there are people who look young but have 3 times the education as an MD plus life experiences, just because someone appears youthful doesn’t mean they don’t know what’s happening. She is one unprofessional individual, she wouldn’t make the grade in private healthcare, I could assure her of that and she shouldn’t make it equally in a publicly funded one either. I suspect maybe she gets paid on salary and doesn’t have to atone for how many patients she sees. When there’s no one waiting in a clinic & one person comes in, waits for hours on end, I suspect that’s the case. To me that’s taking advantage of our healthcare system, that I hope one day will be better regulated. The complaint is not one of waiting that’s the least of the complaint. The real ethical violation is going to the college of physicians and surgeons.

Secondly, the clinic is overlooked by hysterical, drama filled staff (not all of course) one or two in particular who should get a psychiatric evaluation or at the very least they seem to have issues with what is truth and what are lies. You could be told to wait and be seen or taken care of but that could mean 4-5 hours with no one else in the waiting room. They discriminate oddly enough against individuals they take a disliking to. They must be very bored people to cause office drama with patients whose sole visit was to see a physician when an appointment was made. The office “director” who has no more education than a few months of certification in office administration will also create drama and will bear false witness based on hearsay and act discriminatory as well as lie on a subject matter that she was not apart of. If I were to own this clinic, perhaps the owner will read some of the reviews, she would be one to replace. That is if the clinic wants to be known as a decent one & don’t want future negative reviews.
I doubt any 5 star review is any real patient or individual that has experienced this place. Take that for what you will. The pharmacy at one time about 4 years ago had a kind, helpful pharmacists. Other than that truly forget this place.

Lastly, if you don’t have to go to this clinic steer clear, or at least that doctor that I mentioned, there’s so many experienced & wise M. D’s with well ran clinics/ practices with mentally mature office staff that I urge others to seek out.

I’m very pleased with people and services in this location. I’m very proud and lucky to have Dr. Foster our family doctor. She is very enthusiastic and flexible. Last week I had major issue with my neck and shoulders. I couldn’t sleep well due to sharp aches. I had to have my wife to help lift me up after waking up. After coming by to see Dr. Foster who gave me right treatment and medication my neck has become normal now.

The service is fast and so easy and quick to see a doctor booking online. Dr Thwala was awesome. Excellent experience. I highly recommend this clinic and staff.

So appreciative of Dr. Foster great care of me. Answers all of my questions & appreciate her honestly. Everyone is very friendly & courteous and my wait time was very minimal. Would highly recommend Dr. Foster to my family & friends if she is taking more patients.

Dr Thwala is an excellent doctor. He always sends you for all the necessary Referral’s or scans when needed. One of the best doctors I’ve seen!

I always have great experience at LifeSmart Seven Oaks Medical clinic. When we get older seeing a doctor on a regular basis helps me and my wife to avoid catastrophic health events. Dr. Jesse Marantz has the time to listen to our concerns and ensures things are taken care of quickly. Friendly and efficient service from all staff members. We will continue to come here.

Dr. Thwala is the best. He listens to my concerns and does his best to help. The clinic is very clean, receptionists are very kind as well! The pharmacy there is quick and very informative.

Dr's are all great my family doctor is amazing and every doctor I've seen in the walk in have been awesome as well. The staff are very helpful and you never have to wait very long.

Not helpful at all. Went in and explained to the doctor what was wrong and she dismissed me, as if she knew my body better. I only went because my doctor was on holidays. Won’t go back there again.

I am very grateful to have found Dr Foster. She is an amazing doctor! She is very thorough, kind and I never feel rushed. She actually takes her time to truly find what the best treatment is and never just resorts to a prescription, unless of course you really need it.

And this is to the ladies at the front reception - you are the first ones we see and for you to be patient and kind, even though Im sure you get a lot of grumpy sick people, really helps. Keep on smiling, you ladies are amazing: D

Dr. Foster is a excellent physician. She will take the time needed to address issues you have. I never feel rushed and leave feeling very confident that she is doing the best she can to address my health concerns.
The staff is all very friendly and professional I feel heard and issues addressed by every person working at this location.

My GP, although a young man, practises his profession the old school way by listening to his patient and considering the whole person when diagnosing. At the same time, he utilises modern technologies in arriving at a determination of your problem as well as in its treatment where necessary. Furthermore, he explains your condition clearly and concisely and describes the necessary course of treatment in easily understandable terms. I cannot speak highly enough about his skills as a doctor, his exceptional 'bedside manner' and his personal qualities as a caring and compassionate man.

Although the wait time for walk-in in the morning can be very long if you are not first in line, that should be expected considering that it's a walk-in. However, Dr. Joshua Aquin for walk-in is simply the best and he makes me feel very comfortable every walk-in visit. My family doctor (Dr. Mendoza) is very good and accommodating as well. He is very knowledgeable with what he is doing and I like how he explains everything in detail and tries to simplify it for me whenever I have questions. The receptionists are very nice too (either over the phone or in-person).

My husband has been a patient of Dr. Nepon’s since he first started his practice. I became a patient later on.

We followed Dr Nepon when he moved his practice to Lifesmart Pharmacy & Medical Clinic where his Colleagues, Pharmacists, Medical Assistants, Office Clerks all work together. They are all approachable with your medical concerns and take the time to answer your questions. Over the past couple of years, they have all worked very hard to keep everyone safe and are continuing to do so.

LifeSmart Medical is the clinic where my family doctor resides. There are many special things about this clinic and these things start at the front desk. The team at LifeSmart Medical is very skilled at what they do. I usually do not need to wait more than a week to see my family doctor. The front staff are the heart of the clinic. They are professional in their demeanor and always made me feel welcome. Friendly and kind personify the front line staff. I feel at ease with my family doctor as he really listens to me and he is very respectful and thourough. I just cant say enough about LifeSmart Medical. I am very fortunate to be under their care. My sincerest thank you for everything you do.

The receptionists and other support staff are all very professional, attentive and caring. They thoroughly adhere to Covid protocols and keep the place clean and neat. Dr. Foster is an excellent doctor willing to assist with anything health issues, even those new to her. As another reviewer indicated, she takes time to listen to you. They always take basic info on the way in to the examination room, BP, HR, weight. Dr. Jaramillo provides care for my Mom 101 years young! So, yes, I recommend this clinic and these doctors.

The clinic itself is good, the receptionists are ok and helpful. This review is mostly to Dr. Andrea Thwala. I don't know why he is a doctor. He mostly typed on his keyboard, no eye contact and just keeps on saying "What do you think it is? " when you told him your issue. Like I would not be wasting my time going to a clinic if I know what is wrong with me! Anyway in the end, he just dismissed my issue, just go on and live with pain.

Walk in clinic appointment went great. Hardly any waiting, staff was friendly and efficient. Doctor was very helpful. Hope he is taking new patients soon

I absolutely love Dr. Marantz and we have been with him for years but trying to get through to the clinic without physically walking into the clinic (phone, etc) lately is getting to be absolutely ridiculous. Waiting on the phone for over 20 minutes to speak to someone is absurd. If the clinic has grown that much then perhaps having more than 3 people handling phone calls and the front desk would be a good idea.

Highly recommend this clinic. I have been going here for years. Dr Jarmillio is an amazing family doctor. When he's not available the walk-in clinic is always fast and you never wait long. The front counter staff are always so nice and friendly, even when you call they help you out so well. LifeSmarts website and app is so easy and convenient to use. So easy to book an appointment and see future appointments. One of the best clinics in the city, I would highly recommend if you need a family doctor to check them out.

Dr. Sherry Bilenki and staff are amazing. From the moment I walked into LifeSmart Medical Osborne Clinic and had my treatment looked after, I was very impressed with their whole process. The Clinic itself is brand new and clean and professional looking. They had lots of space for free parking and conveniently located downtown. They have a quiet and comfortable waiting area with lots of windows. There is a pharmacy here too. The receptionist who greeted me was very friendly and professional. Thankfully it was a very short wait to see Dr. Bilenki. Her office was new and clean and fully outfitted to look after your needs. She was very knowledgeable and did not talk over my head. She made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. She explained to me my options and possible scenarios on deciding what was right for me. Everything was well taken care of. Very happy with Dr. Sherry Bilenki. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new doctor or second opinion on your health and wellness. I was in and out within 40 minutes. Overall I had a great visit with Dr Sherry Bilenki at LifeSmart.

Tried booking an appointment to see Dr. Sherry Belenki. Her staff person was very rude and not helpful. She kept interrupting me and talking overtop of me when I was trying to ask questions about how to get an appointment. When I asked her to stop interrupting me and let me finish speaking, she wouldn't stop. When I asked her again to let me finish asking my questions she told me I wasn't welcome at the clinic at I would have to go somewhere else. Pretty poor etiquette for a health care clinic.

I have been coming to Liffemart on Main St, for a few years. I see Dr Bilenki, and she is amazing. Dr Bilenki, is very patient and so easy to talk to. The girls in the front are very friendly and efficient. A very clean clinic. Highly recommend.

My husband booked a vaccine and I was lucky to pick up a cancelled appointment. Staff was super! Very friendly.

Staff at the pharmacy are generally very pleasant. The Dr can sometimes be scheduled to close to the next patient. I think our time is also valuable so I do not like waiting. Last visit was a bit long to wait. I will see how it goes next visit. Dr seems very nice and seems to listen to my opinion.

The staff are very rude, the wait times are extremely long, when they are suppose to call back, they do not get back to you. They are obviously are strained by patient overload. I recommend finding another clinic unless you want to spend half a day waiting to see a Dr.

I always receive good service at this clinic, from dealing with Dr. Marantz to the walk in clinic side of things. Susan at reception is great and all the other reception staff as well. Be patient and understanding when being at a medical clinic.

Dr. Mendoza always listens to your concerns and always tries to find an answer for why something is wrong. He is truly an amazing doctor!

This place is a Quiet and very clean walkin clinic that I have ever come. Never have to wait for a long time to see doctor.

Unprofessional clinic. Doctor Thwala, at Main street is my husband’s family doctor. I wanted to see him for getting referral for a specialist. I talked on phone to explain they said they aren't accepting new patients but asked me to come for walk-in even if I don’t have a family doctor. I went their, they took all my information, ask me to wait for around 45 mins, and as soon as it was my turn, they informed me that doctor won’t accept you as you don’t have a family doctor. I told them that he is my husbands family doctor and I am new to Canada so I am looking for one and, in the meantime, he can provide me referral to a specialist as I am not feeling well. But he was more like your husband is my patient, not his family. I don’t understand what’s the point of being a family doctor if you can’t see his patient’s family on a walk-in basis.

Moreover, they did not inform all this on phone, dragged me to the clinic and made me wait till my turn came to refuse me.

Avoid this clinic.

Came in about 2 weeks ago with my daughter. Clinic is very clean and beautiful. Came in as a walk in. Very satisfied with the east Indian lady working at the front. She went above and beyond for my kid. She was alone and was really busy, she handled everything with such great ease and with a smile. She created a great atmosphere You can tell she loves what she does. Pharmacy staff very helpful and cheerful as well. Doctor was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this clinic. Excellent.

This clinic seems to cater to immigrants/newcomers.not real Canadians.
They're the first to get in to see the Dr. Even if you have an appointment.
Talk about discrimination towards real Canadians.

I don't recommend this place at all.

Problem is if you have a doctor here and if heshe not in your taken in for a walk you should be able to book appointment with other doctor then to be treated like a walk in

Receptionist was fantastic. Wait time is super short and you can book online. However I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor. I don't go to the doctor very often and this woman gave me bad news in a totally callous way and essentially suggested I was lying when I described what was the matter as she said, in a heated manner, what I was saying didn't add up. When I said I didn't want the prescription she was offering me as I had tried it in the past without results and didn't want to put unnecessary drugs into my body she proceeded to say we will just end this here and then left the room without saying anything else. I was shocked.

This place is a f_ing joke. Don't waste your time here. They are overly busy and you're always "next in line" for 3 hours and just to see your own family doctor! I booked an intake with Dr Mendoza to see myself and wife but I had been back to see this doctor and my wife hasn't since the intake because he took off on holidays and now hes not her family doctor but mine.

Story time: I had a bad eye rash and wanted it looked at. Eye irritation probably caused through strain or who knows what because I didnt see my Dr. Anyways! I called and asked to book an apt they said tomorrow he can come book me in but I had been with this for 3-4 days already and it's getting worse. I needed the apt asap, so called to get it pushed in for the day making my statement what's the family doctor for if I cant even see my doctor when I need one? They said they would call me back if something opened for the time I requested. I got a call after the time I requested saying I missed my appointment. I never recieved a call to confirm the appointment and decided this is not worth my time anymore.

Called today to make an appointment with my doctor and found out that she is no longer there. NO call or letter from the clinic to inform me that the doctor left her practice. While they have several female doctors, the only doctor accepting new patients was a male doctor. No thanks. Now I need to go through the entire process of finding a new female doctor.

Best experience I have ever had at a walk in clinic, the service was the fast, the doctor had my tests processed and my prescription filled and I was in and out within half an hour.

After months of bowel problems, insisted they arrange a Colonoscopy.after waiting 3 months, called the office they said it takes, I call colonoscopy people they say they responded with an appointment 1week after request.when I finally got in.stage3 bowel cancer.useless disregard. Oh someone is gonna pay.

I find it very confusing to see others go in before you that just came in. 2 hours after to be precise, Isabella, Marcella, santos, Garcia sounding names. No. Not my turn yet

One of the worst walk in clinics I've been to. I got here around 1: 45 and they told me it would only be an hour wait. 2 hours and 15 minutes later I'm still waiting, and during that time I see people who got here after me get seen and leave before me. I feel like giving this clinic only one star is way too much.

Dr. Shiva Majd had no empathy and made comments that made me feel upset and uncomfortable. Wouldn't recommend her as a physician.

Go somewhere else. I have had 3 questionable visits and I offically have no confidence in this doctor. Go somewhere else.

I’ve been here 4 or 5 times now and not once have I been seen within half an hour of my appointment time. One of the times I had to end up cancelling my appointment after waiting over an hour because I had other things to do that day. The staff is friendly and the facility is very clean but the wait time is ridiculous for a scheduled appointment.

I have been going to see Dr. Jesse Marantz at this clinic for more than a year now. And I have received nothing but great service from him and his staff, they are always friendly and willing to try and help me with whatever it is I need, It is not a perfect world of course. But I know they try their best and I am very happy with the service I receive there.

She was a former doc in the north who learned the system, trained in other areas at tax payers cost to the region then bailed. My own experience with her was very unpleasant. Would not recommend.

Went in for a walk in and waited 2 hours to see a doctor. People walked in after me and and got to see a doctor before me. Front desk is the worst and is horribly organized. There isn't anyone in the office and I'm still waiting? I've seen way busier walk in clinics that get people through much faster. Horrible

Really great walk-in clinic. Very clean, low wait time to get in and most of all, the doctor was polite, professional and thorough. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking!
