Dr Dalton and Anthony are excellent. Highly professional and very knowledgeable. They are both helpful and caring.

Lifesmiles Dental has been my dental clinic for 21 years. I always receive a friendly welcome and excellent care, even for complex dental procedures.

My daughter has been going there as well since she was a baby. Now a teenager, she is proud to still be in their No Cavity Club!

I've been here a few times now. It's been positive/good enough each time but today I left their office feeling like I had been in really great hands so wanted to mention that and thank them for that.

Abby (dental assistant) has surgery level control of her hands and was thorough yet also incredibly gentle when cleaning my teeth and around my gums. It made me feel respected and cared for which aren't expectations I have when going to a dentist. Standard issue cleaning is good enough. She is obviously a very considerate person and goes above and beyond for her patients.

I believe the dentist I had was Dr. Poliah who examined my mouth afterward and his mannerisms also impressed me. After leaving those 2 behind and confused by how friendly they were (lol) I went to the front desk and again, another very polite/kind and happy person was there to greet me and process my insurance!

Good job, 5 stars.

Worst clinic ever.
At first they tried to write a bunch of procedures like cleaning etc.on our account, even though we only asked for an inspection (no one warned us about additional procedures). Secondly, they took money from my girlfriend, despite the fact that there was not even an examination, because their x-ray was broken. Thirdly, they couldn't even write down my name and email correctly, which is why I couldn't buy the medicine. And in the end, they also called and canceled my appointment, although I complained of acute pain and needed urgent help, but "the doctor will be busy. " By the way, they also have higher prices than others. I do not advise to visit this place.

I normally dread visiting the dentist but have been very happy with the service here. The dentists (particularly Dr. Bajaj!), receptionists, & hygienists are friendly, gentle, and quick. Additionally, the clinic's late opening hours and texted appointment reminders make coordinating dental appointments around a full-time job much easier. I highly recommend this clinic.

Very friendly staff. Dr. Poliah is an excellent dentist. He explained my problem and how to resolve it. I was able to get an appointment the next day due to the discomfort I was having with my gums.

I always have a great experience when I come here. The office staff is friendly and my dentist and hygienist are super kind and patient. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. I appreciate the fact that they are open later than most dentist cabinets and also on weekends, which is very helpful when you can't take time off work to go see a dentist.

Dr Helewa is an amazing Dentist. He is very professional and skilled. He is simply the best! Staff are extremely friendly and they are very efficient, Highly recommend.

Great clinic, friendly and wonderful staff. We visited the children dentist Dr. Lesya Kulbaba.
Dr. Kulbaba is just an incredible dentist! Very easily found an approach to the child, commented and explained every step. The child reacted absolutely calmly to all manipulations and smiled. I strongly recommend this clinic and Dr. Kulbaba!

My experience at LifeSmiles has always been great. I've been coming to them for at least 14 years. Always courteous and helpful staff, hygienists, and dentists.

My family uses Dr Ross and are always impressed by her incredible service. She is profession, prompt, and perfectly pleasant. Will stay with her as long as possible!

I have been a patient at LifeSmiles (Grant Park) for long time. The office is conveniently located and the dentists and hygienists have always been great. However, one of the receptionists is unfriendly, unprofessional and rude, and does not appear to know how to properly bill patients that have insurance.

Dr. Ross is an excellent dentist. Very kind and attentive and she takes the time to listen to your questions and explain everything. Also really gentle with fillings and other treatments, which is a huge plus for me. The office staff are very kind and personable too!

Been visiting them for 12 months with my family, never had an issue. Especially Dr. Bajaj and her assistant, take good care of my kids!

Great office, great location.
The staff are super friendly and helpful, and everything runs like clockwork - I've never had my appointment time pushed back.
I've had 4 hygienists through my different appointments at Lifesmiles, and they've all been great - super thorough, helpful, and gentle.
Dr. Kulbaba is to the point about any issues, and lets me know when she sees something right away.
I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist.

LifeSmiles is the best dental clinic I have ever been too. Doctor Poliah is kind, friendly, and excellent at what he does. He explains clearly what is needed and why.
I had an issue with receding gums. Doctor Poliah had me come in twice FOR NO CHARGE just to see if the issue was resolving with treatment.

Worse experience ever. My daughter had an appointment on a Saturday, and to which I found out that my appointment had been cancelled through a phone call from their office telling me that the doctor won’t be in. It was already an inconvenience to reschedule since our weeks are very busy, but we still made the time to. My daughters new appointment was set for 3: 30, but they said that her appointment was for 3: 20; hence why they cancelled our appointment because we were “late”. My husband came home from work 3 hours earlier than usual to drive us there, and along with traffic, it made the trip on the way there a lot longer. It was such an inconvenience already trying to get there, and for them to add onto that by calling our home phone to let us know that we’re “late” (we were only 2 MINUTES LATE). Where is the knowledge in that? We were on the way already so what went through their minds that we would be home so they call our home phone. If time issue was a concern, that should be communicated through my personal number, and I’m sure they know that. Though our “tardiness” may have been an inconvenience to them, this whole situation has been way more frustrating for my part. We’re not coming back.

Excellent dentist office. Professional, friendly and just a great dental experience always. Great hygienist too! Knowledgeable and helpful tips. Love the text reminder and they always meet your appointment time, no waiting.

Let's start from the top. Great staff at the front desk, friendly and helpful with any enquiry. Hygienists do a nice job with teeth cleaning and another positive part of the experience.

Then there is Dr. Kulbaba and her assistant. AMAZING! They are a compassionate duo that clearly care about what they do and the patients that come see them. Always a great experience coming in for any appointments.

I booked a "free consultation" with them for today because I was considering veneers and/or whitening. They took three X-rays on top of the panoramic X-ray. Wrote down every filling in my mouth without ever saying that they would charge my insurance for it. I don't know how was that even relevant to veneers or whitening procedure. Do not believe their "free consultation" trick that they are advertising on their website. When I told the check-out lady that this was supposed to be a "free consultation" she just said "yeah, well not if we take X-rays. " I never requested any X-rays nor was I informed about its costs. I'm feeling scammed and deceived. Do not recommend this clinic to anyone. Stay away and look for an ethical clinic.

I went in for the whitening special and was completely blown away! The results exceeded my expectations but the REAL reason for this review was the technician who looked after me. Mallory (you said I would forget your name) was incredible. Not only was she very knowledgeable about what she was doing, her friendly and genuinely caring manner made what could have been a very boring visit truly enjoyable. They are lucky to have Mallory on their team! I have been a patient at LifeSmiles for a while now and have recommended them to a few friends. They will have my business for as long as I have teeth!

It is usually quick to book appointment and I had very professional services here for every visite to the office. Another advantage of visiting this dental office is that it is located inside shopping mall which give you some options to shop around for food and extra.

All administrative and professional staff here are fantastic! They will go above and beyond to meet your needs and to make you comfortable.

Hygienists and assistants are always attentive and friendly.

Dr. Bajaj is incredible. It’s evident she actually cares about her patients. Always takes the time to explain your situation and options; and she’s very friendly.
She’s very easygoing and calm with kids. Not phased by toddler tantrums or terrified children. She will put the time in to talk with them, establish a relationship, and give them a positive experience.
My entire family will definitely stick with her for as long as possible.

Dr. Mikhaeil is also amazing. I was nervous to have anyone other than Dr. Bajaj provide treatment; but Dr. Mikhaeil made me feel very comfortable. She is extremely thorough, and also very friendly. She’s also an excellent choice for nervous patients.

You can’t go wrong with either of these doctors and their team.

Always a pleasure! Little to no wait time, everyone is extremely professional, helpful and cheery. Dr Kulbaba is a cut above the rest. Treats you like family, is honest and realistic when it comes down to which concerns should be addressed now, and what can be taken care of down the road, with proper maintenance. The hygienists are always curtious and gentle. I have exposed nerves, receding gums and loose teeth due to bone loss after years of neglect (they never shame you!). They take every measure they can to assure you are comfortable and informed. And if it's chilly in the next room, they remind you to keep a sweater on, too lol! All around from front office staff, through the hygienists, down to the Dentists (Dr. Kulbaba is mine) I HIGHLY recommend this team!

The staff is very helpful and accomodating. My hygienist Atumun is very thorough and gentle. I recently had 2 fillings done and Dr. Birchard and his dental assistant were great. They made me feel comfortable and at ease during the procedure. Overall, excellent service.

The management is really great. I had some issues, but they were rectified and got my refund on Friday 18th, 2020. I really appreciate how the management handled the issue and displayed exceptional help in customer quality. Seeing this, I will recommend people to visit this center.

The only place I take my kids! I swear the only reason they aren't scared of the dentist is because of the amazing employees. As a parent, its a relief to not have to worry about it. Thanks guys!

I came in in great pain, I told the staff and dentist exactly what my problem was but they still insisted on useless tests and of course, billing my insurance. They had me wait weeks for treatment, then a few days before my two appointments, they cancelled them on me because of clerical errors. Outrageously unprofessional and unhelpful people.

I recently attended LifeSmiles with my 5 year old daughter who had a toothache. She needed a filling and the dentist was excellent with her, talking to her through each stage, so she knew what was coming next. I was impressed with the staff and facilities and have since been back myself for an exam and scale and polish. I would highly recommend them. It is fantastic to have such a top class facility locally.

My daughter is only 3 and we didn't know where to take her! A friend recommended them, as LifeSmiles starts at age 2. We were scared to take her and wondered how she would react. The dentists were SO kind and the whole experience was a breeze. Professional and kind. I don't see us taking her anywhere else now.

Some of the nicest people there is in the dental game. Made me feel very welcome as soon as i was in the door couldn’t recommend them more. Very intelligent and knew exactly what they were talking about. Id give 6 stars if i could.

This was a top notch group who made having 2 teeth removed literally painless!

I am resistant to freezing usually, so when I had 2 teeth removed they gave me oral sedation first.

With that, I only felt the first needle and the palette needle and felt NONE of the others really. Even with stitches, the whole thing was entirely painless aside from those first needles, and I wasn't nervous or feeling as much pain from the needle due to the sedation.

Even post extraction, I am having practically no pain, maybe just a slight bit tender / sore.

Cost was around average if a little higher, but worth it.

I strongly recomend going, probably best appointment I had.

Regular patient here! Best dentist in the city, in my opinion. Always makes me feel comfortable and their kindness went a long way with my daughters fear of dentists.

Amazing! I phoned with what I thought was a very bad infection or cavity. They were able to get me in the same day, the dentist was so caring and compassionate, the hygienist was hilarious, the front office ladies were warm, friendly and so welcoming. This visit was during the Covid pandemic so the office visit was different than usual, but the overall level of care and treatment was the same. Thank you for taking such great care of me at a time that is so bizarre and unprecedented. My family have been patients at LifeSmiles for 4 years, and will continue to be. Thanks again.

I wanted the community to be aware and go to a different place. Last year at the end of October the clinic tried to charge me for the service that was never provided, it took them over two months to fix the problem and the staff was so rude to me when I brought the concern to their attention. I wanted to speak to the manager and every time was denied except the last time when I refused to pay the bill. Lots of great doctors leave this place, no wonder why. I never got an apology or compensation for what they did, all they said that mistakes happen. Avoid them if possible there are many great dentists in the city with great staff!

Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. From the front door throughout the whole appointment it's always a great experience. My daughter has sensory processing differences and they are very accommodating. I love it here and so does my daughter!
