Linden Ridge Family Chiropractic

I first came to LRFC approx a month ago with lower back pain and in a lot of discomfort, unable to lye on my back or side to sleep without severe pain. Twisting reaching bending standing even short periods were not easy and I ended up in urgent care because the pain was unbearable only to be told you have chronic back pain take Tylenol and Advil which only gave me a quick fix until it wore off.
From the moment I walked into LRFC even tho I had doubt and fear this was quickly turned around with the warm welcome from office staff Monika and so very helpful answering my questions booking my appointments etc.
What I have appreciated so much is learning about my body and what was truly happening to my neck down to my lower back and that it wasn’t an over night injury; and the knowledge and patience Dr Steve has to explain these things as well his honesty and sincere approach of the life style changes needed to recover and not just sending you out the door with a prescription that doesn’t work but with the tools in house to help you reach your goals both physically and mentally and the best part getting adjustments and feeling my best today and better then yesterday. Yes I do look forward to my adjustments now as I now know what my body needed and failed to listen to; sooo I encourage everyone to use your work benefits and take care of yourselves
I am now able to lie on my back and side and get a very good sleep and walking with no pain. I also joined the gym recently and able to participate in classes and exercise that there would be NO way I could have had these results if not coming to Dr. Steve for treatment I feel more at peace more energy and have lost 10 lbs! I still have ways to go but I am very pleased and trust Dr Steve and the staff at LRFC. Thank you so much for your amazing care.

I have been treated by chiropractors for last 20 years, in 3 provinces and 2 countries. While each one has been able to alleviate the recurring neck and upper back pain, Dr. Gall has been the first to do such a thorough initial assessment that I now understand why this pain is occurring, and how to stay pain free. I wish I had this information 20 years ago! As an added benefit, his chiropractic adjustments have improved my digestion, and nearly eliminated chronic insomnia. Dr. Gall and his office assistant are a delight to work with, I have enjoyed every visit. He also takes the educational component of his work very seriously, and offers great homework exercises which speed the process.

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Steve and the staff at Linden Ridge Chriropractic! Our family has been their patient for many years now. He's helped me with my back and neck pains which almost always leads to a horrible headache. I used to rely all the time on Tylenol for things like that. Not anymore! The kids LOVE getting adjusted too! They've been getting adjusted since they were babies. I love that their initial thought is to see Dr. Steve and get adjusted when something hurts. The adjustments are magical! We always leave the clinic feeling brand new!

I've struggled with headaches and upper neck pain for years. Dr Steve has been the only chiropractor who wanted to treat the problem, not just the symptoms. The staff is amazing and so friendly. If you have to bring your little one there is a really cute area for them to play.

I’ve had low back pain since I started playing competitive sports at a young age, I started seeing Dr. Steve for my back problems and I started to see improvements right away. Not only did he help me with my back but he told me the first time I came in he could get rid of my headaches and I thought he was crazy because I’ve had headaches almost everyday for as long as I can remember and I thought I would have to live with them forever. I never would’ve thought that it was possible but I have been seeing him for a little over a month now and haven’t had a headache or any pain.
