We were in Winnipeg for the weekend. I stopped by and picked up one of everything to take home and try. The beers are phenomenal! Great classic tastes and their unique recipes were all fantastic. The chai golden ale is a must. I will definitely be coming back for more!

Really great selection of beers and not-beers. 1919 and their pale ale are personal favorites. Wish they had more food choices.

This is one of our favourite breweries in Winnipeg. We are from Calgary and needed a place to watch the CPL finals. They allowed us to sit with our laptop and enjoy their tasty brews. We started with a 1919 and a glass of wine and ended up enjoying two flights, a warm pretzel and a collection of the winners of our taste challenge. While it is a not official we would suggest the Golden, 1919, and the Brown as our top three picks. It's Winnipeg in October so a bit chilly, but admiring their awesome patio. A must for our next visit.

Very charming spot. Enjoyed the funky patio, which has a nice variety of seating options, including a (shipping container) rooftop patio. Great beer too!

Cheers to the Little Brown Jug for working with Winnipeg's own Little Opera Company for their show last night. The presenters were stellar, there isn't much that beats the voice of opera. Great crowd, the beer was tasty & chilly plus the grilled cheese and jalapeno was wonderfully spicy.

I attended the Opera event on the LBJ patio last month and had a fantastic time. The patio is a well-designed space with ample seating and shade covers for hot days. They offered several non-alcoholic beverages like Brite Water (try the pineapple coconut!) and zero-proof beers—a must-see in the Exchange District.

The best brewery in town! Love all the events hosted here. Especially 90s Music bingo by DJ Kchedda.

Hosted our staff Holiday party here and everyone had great things to say about the evening! Great atmosphere. Staff were very helpful in the weeks leading up to the event. Bartenders were fantastic. We had around 45 people attend and lots of room to mingle.

Excellent drinks, excellent small pub grub menu, excellent service, and a classy-clean-open-air-concept brewery atmosphere! Well done you 3 young guys!

One of my favourite local beer spots. The patio is adorable, great place to meet up with friends. I also love seeing them at the local markets. I was at the Wolseley market last week and Lindsay was working. She is very knowledgeable and so much fun. It’s refreshing to have such an outgoing rep to talk to. Would always consider visiting their booths with people like her working.

I have been enjoying the products from LBJ for a few years. It became a regular part of my end of week routine when I would buy a pint to drink in the brewery on William and munch on some pretzels. Over the first years of the pandemic, the routine changed. Despite the closure of the premises for guests, I still bought my favorite product onsite to take home. It's great to see a return to welcoming customers back on the premises. The new patio is fabulous. What has not changed is the warm welcome from staff and the anticipation of new additions to the line up of beer offerings. The LBJ clothing is also worth a look. Good quality and very fashionable. Many items are made in Canada, just like the brewery's fine product. Well worth checking out.

This our favourite watering hole for so many reasons.it is always good to support local, it is a delightfully mellow yet very flavorful amber nectar, and my sweetheart finds it so relaxing to come and sit awhile, away from the bustle of downtown. Checks way too many boxes to not include in any trip to Market Square.and the new patio is fabulous!

This place was recommended to us by another server from a bar we went to to earlier and we were so glad we went. Everyone was so nice and the drinks totally rocked. I highly recommend everyone to check it out.

Great brewery, indoor/outdoor space very comfortable and relaxing. They even gave me the best option for poutine and were spot on. Selection was very good, and an added bonus of creating your own Radler.

Very knowledgeable, kind and polite staff. I especially love the new outdoor space and the weekly live music they have out there. The mix and match radlers are delicious!

Great atmosphere, staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Samples were offered and the outside deck is big and welcoming for all sizes of groups. I've had their original 1919 and now trying others in their taproom. For my first visit here, I will definitely be coming back. Check it out.

Little Brown Jug was a FANTASTIC spot to have a Bridal Shower! I was a guest at one recently. The service was great, the beer was excellent and the atmosphere was top notch. I understand the building is the old horse stable for the police from years ago? Beautiful brick walls in what is/could be a heritage building. What a novel idea to have a Bridal Shower there, so much better than someone's house or a "hall' somewhere. Thanks LbJ!

Comfortable space for some great beers (and cider, cocktails, carbonated water). The bacon, jalapeño grilled cheese is amazing.
