Little Korea

Little Korea has been our go-to for quick meals and soup. We got the Gamjatan
(Pork back bone & potato soup with vegetables) and the Galbi Tang which is beef bone soup with glass noodles and green onions. Both meals included some small sides to share which has sprouted mung beans, kimchi, and potatoes with a sweet caramel-y thin glaze. You can request for a refill (limited to one) of the sides. The gamjatan is flavourful but only included about 3 pork neck bones. Usually, we would get a few more. The galbi tang, during this visit, actually had lots of tender beef and the soup is just perfect in my opinion. I love the savouriness and having a lot of green onions just added to the flavour. Service is fast, and polite. We love supporting independently owned small businesses with good food so we always return to Little Korea.

The food here is amazing. I came with my girlfriend and we loved every bite. The portions are perfect for 2 to 3 people, and the staff was very kind and attentive. We had an excellent time.

Disappointed! Very small veg bulgogi- sad old veg with boring noodles; dumplings were chewy re-heats; yum yum was tasty but soggy and over-sauced. Amateur stuff- wanted to like it. Maybe it’s a different show in-house on a busy night…

Absolutely incredible! Our server was very friendly and made helpful suggestions. She knew the menu very well. The food came out very fast and it was absolutely delicious. Our server noticed we ate all our kimchi and got us some more. Thank you for an incredible meal and great service!

Pork is rare, but overall food is ok but the server is super rude and racist, we have been told we can’t refill our small dish, and we are first time to ask for refill.but she order to refill small dish for white people customers, that is just pure Racist. I don’t know this server can work in the restaurant, I hope the little Korea owner can response this situation. We came in Sunday, may 21th. A young lady with long hair.

My husband lived in Korea for 1 year and is also Korean, he said this is the best Korean food he’s had in Canada so far and I couldn’t agree more! Everything was super flavorful and delicious. The food was spicy but not overpowering so it was perfect and enjoyable. We are going back every time we come to Winnipeg.

Tteokbokki, kimchi jjigae, spicy pork bibimbap, and bulgolgi

I ordered Korean chicken because I wanted it delivered, but why is the chicken like this? Have you ordered pre-fried food and refried it? If you want to make a lot of regular customers, sell proper food.
Is it possible that the owner is not Korean and the sign is Korean? I can't even see the chicken wings. I take one bite and can't eat any more. I get nervous if I don't get my money's worth of the food I paid for.

The taste of this Korean restaurant is great, whether it is various soups, fried chicken or bibimbap. The price is similar to other Korean restaurants. Parking is not very convenient. There are only limited parking spaces on the roadside. You need to go around to visit the parking space. Circle to side back.

This is our favorite Korean restaurant. Quite far from our place, but whenever we crave for Korean food, Little Korea is our go to.
Food, service and ambiance is perfect!

Really good food, but I just ordered it from Skip and they never delivered my food, so I didn't get to try it this time. Not Little Korea's fault at all, they're great the last few times I went there but it looks like if I want to experience there food again that's exactly how I have to enjoy it, there.
Skip didn't even give me a full refund, I paid $48 dollars for my order and got a refund of $16. Worst experience I've ever had, again not the fault of Little Korea, but if I were them I'd cut ties with Skip. (They won't but still). Can't wait to try their kimchi fried rice again, hopefully soon!

Ordered off uber eats, my food came hot and It was SO GOOD.was spicy but not over bearing. Perfect balance of all flavors. I loved the rice cake dish. Will order again!

Went here with my friends for dinner this week. The food is delicious and I recommend ordering dishes to share along with added rice. If you live close to this restaurant, I highly recommend trying it out.

We ordered the sundubu jigae and squid bulgogi. The squid was okay but stew was watery. The food was overpriced for what we were getting. The worst part was the service. The server had an attitude and also kept ignoring us when we called her. My first experience here was great and I wanted to bring my husband here to try it. Unfortunately our recent experience was bad overall. We will not be returning anymore.

Went to this restaurant for the first time and I had a great experience! Food was amazing, the owners were so friendly and accommodating. We love Korean food and this is the best one I ever had in the city. 10/10!

This is one of my favourite Korean Restaurant in Winnipeg!

The ambience of this place is cute, and they also play Korean songs - it just makes you want to visit Korea. The staff are very friendly. I remember going here during my lunch break just to eat their Korean BBQ and watch Kdrama. They didn't make me feel awkward or uncomfortable. The server would ask what I'm watching and check-up on me to ask if I needed more side dishes which was very nice of them.

Their dishes are authentic and flavourful! I've tried their Korean BBQ, Bibimbob, Hot Bowl Stews, Noodles, Liko Specials, and their Fried Chicken and none have never disappointed me.

Try out Little Korea if you're looking for an authentic Korean dish.

Amazing quality food and presentation, hot plates are genuinely hot and sizzling and the aroma is so good you can't help but try a taste before it cools! Staff are very friendly and play great music, can get rather busy so book ahead to assure a spot if you can! Support local places! Hidden treasure.

Absolutely delicious! Very reasonably priced for what you receive and staff were top notch. They even assisted me by opening the doors for me as I need crutches right now, very considerate. 100% will return.
