I went there at May 6, I asked to do manicure and pedicure the lady who did my pedicure was fine but the different one did manicure rushed me and didn’t do properly it wasn’t dry well with old dryer. It didn’t last two days because they have other customers. So disappointed
Payed $87 for nothing.

First-time for liquid gel fills at this location. I have been getting liquid gel for years and am quite picky. I will definitely go back. I am 100% happy

I got a pedicure done tonight at London Nails. I felt very rushed and my nails weren’t dry. My big toe smudged and I don’t necessarily have time to go back to get it fixed. What was meant to be a relaxing treat made me feel less relaxed.

Not happy with the service paid over hundred dollars and they did a really bad job will never go back there again

Most awful experience I’ve ever had. The lady kept yelling at me to relax my hand even though I was and told her I have stuff joints. She repeatedly kept pulling and twisting my fingers to the point that it hurt. Whenever I touched her hand she yelled at me not to touch her. I literally felt like crying. I’ve been getting my nails done for years now and have never experienced this. Never going back.

I got my nails done today and i’m very unsatisfied.i asked for pink french tips, coffin shape, and gems on 2 nails.my nails are all different shapes, every side of my nails are messed up, some of my nails on the top are not fully painted and the gems are all over the place.i paid $67 and this is not what i expect for that much money.my nails look nothing like the reference picture.i would like a refund or my nails re-painted.thank u.

I am very picky about nail salons they do a very good job are super personable and are such a good price. Highly recommend!

This place looks good but they don’t proper desinfect the stuff. I got a nail fungus from this place.

Visited here last Monday when my go-to nail salon was closed. My friend and I walked in, not knowing what to expect (wait time, price range, quality) but we we're surprised at how professional the technicians were. No wait time, affordable services and a clean salon. I highly recommend this salon to everyone looking for affordable and high quality nails!

London nails is awesome they give you the length you want and the color you and the prices are reasonable. They make sure your nails look good and they have good quality and if the nail does not look right they redo it. They act just like family in there. Overall it is just an awesome and enjoyable experience.

I have been coming here for 2 years. They are friendly, hard working young women. I highly recommend London Nails. Before you rate a place badly, try to think about where someone has come from. Sometimes a lack of the English language can appear to be unfriendlyness. The people who work there are lovely people.

Went here to try a new local place hoping for a regular salon close to my home. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the nails. I got gel nails done, and mine usually lasts at least 2-3 weeks anywhere else I've gone, this time it only lasted 4 days. When I called to tell them that all of the nails had lifted and chipped and 2 were almost completely off already. I decided not to give them any more money and to take my business elsewhere.

The customer service at this place is far from friendly. My friend and I had a hard time booking (far in advance) exactly what we needed, so we ended up getting only pedicures. No friendly face will greet you at the door! The place was virtually deserted, yet they didn't think to space the customers out so that we don't have to listen to other people's conversations, children screaming, etc. They don't seem to care about our comfort one bit.

Was today for the uv gel fill in. After all my nails looks so bad, that I will never come here again.very unprofessional
