I wasn't sure what to expect with a "boutique" dental experience, but now that I've been to Lumi, I will never go back to the other types of clinics. The admin staff were calm and seemed content (which is always a good sign in any medical/dental office!). The dental professionals were highly experienced and it was clear their primary focus was on the wellbeing of the client. Lumi uses the latest technology and techniques and so I felt confident that I was getting the best, and most practical, care. After booking my first appointment, I was able to sign into a patient portal to complete questionnaires beforehand, choose notification preferences, and upload insurance information - this made the visit seamless and efficient. It was a vastly different experience compared to the clinic I left, where I was mainly treated like a source of revenue.

Very kind, patient, understanding thoughtful. Keeps patients well informed of what is being done and what to expect along every step of the way. Nice atmosphere. Very friendly and kind staff.

Dental office is clean and modern. Staff are friendly! Dr. JR Salinas was an exceptional dentist! He was thorough with his examinations and his explanation of the procedures with me. Him and his assistant Jom made the experience fun and memorable. Will continue to come back!

Dr. Cisse is friendly and welcoming and always does her best to make her patients feel comfortable while in the office. The office is also bright and welcoming.

Dr. Cissé and the team at Lumi Dental have changed my fears and feelings towards dental visits! All around had an amazing experience at Lumi and felt comfortable throughout the entire visit and all of my questions and concerns were thoroughly addressed. Great experience, if you have dental anxiety at all, this is the place to go. Really kind and thoughtful staff including the Dentist.

The office is very spacious and welcoming.
Everyone was warm and friendly. The Dental Assistant was awesome. She made us feel at ease when we got to the office and helped us get settled because we were running late.
My family and I have been patients of Dr. Kady Cisse for years at Garden City location. Once we heard she was moving to her new location we followed her to Selkirk. She now works at both locations and we decided to go the winnipeg location as it's a bit closer to home. Dr. Kady is awesome. She very caring and listen to my concerns. She always provides me with the best solutions for any issues I am dealing with. She is amazing! My family and I are so grateful to have her as our Dentist for all these years and will follow her where ever she goes

The warm and inviting atmosphere of the office provides a long overdue break from the antiquated perception of what it means to be a dental office. The staff were delightful people who were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The operatories were modern, clean and comfortable. I was in for an emergency fill and was able to be serviced right away and it was done so well and without any notes of discomfort. So much so that I was able to get back to work and daily activity without any issues. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family members looking for a refreshing change in their dental care.

Lumi is the best! The staff are so friendly and are amazing with our kids. Dr. Kveder is so great putting them at ease in a caring and professional manner. The clinic is beautiful and doesn't feel like you are in a dental clinic.more like a spa! If you are looking for a new dentist, you've found the right place!

I’m dental phobic … except with Dr. Kveder I followed her to her new location (it’s gorgeous), recommended her to my daughter and her boyfriend who also see her, and will continue to recommend her to family and friends.

Where do I begin… Lumi Dental is nothing short of an amazing place for your dental needs. Dr Cissé is incredibly professional while bringing to the chair an immense amount of compassion and kindness. She ensures your comfort every step of the way during your visit. Cheryl and the rest of the staff are very welcoming and make sure you are well taken care of. The office is clean, bright and love the interior decor and design. Look no further for a dental office! I can assure you will not be disappointed if you come to Lumi Dental!

Went to Lumi for the first time today, and immediately booked for my next visit. I am a very nervous dentist goer but was immediately put at ease with the great space and even greater staff. Highly highly reccommend:)

Lumi Dental is a not only beautiful, but the staff is second to none. The Hygienist was fast and knowledgeable. She truly listened to my dental concerns and offered great suggestions. Dr Cisse was so kind and a great dentist! It truly is client centered.
