LUSH

As an asian I would like to share an incident that happened yesterday with me and my husband. We were in the store exploring the products and waiting for someone to attend us. After a couple of minutes, a couple who appeared to be canadians entered the store, and the lady who was working there rushed to attend them without losing a second. We felt like we were invisible. My husband said, "Did the lady just ignore us? " I went to the receptionist and told her that we felt disrespectful and I think you should'nt do this to anyone. Because we are not natives doesn't mean we will be treated this way. The receptionist said that she might help us, but she didn't take any steps to make us feel like we are important. If she had done that, then I might feel like they cared for their customers.but she didn't do anything, to which I felt disappointed and frustrated. I left the store immediately without buying anything. I think we shouldn't give a hype to such stores where they treat people like that or make them feel this way. It is so heartbreaking that in such a lovely and welcoming country, we've had such people who are nothing but a shame to the country. I hate the service. And i would ask everyone out there to consider this incident seriously because if it can happen to us.it can happen to anyone. Thanks

Sylvester was absolutely incredibly helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and wonderful! I haven't shopped at Lush in awhile nor took the time before like I needed to truly understand the incredible selection of products they have from face treatments like Grease Lightening to help with pimples to a variety of scrubs and even face serums in the handy form of a bar! They also have brought back some cool makeup, and have expanded to now include body fragrances as well. Their moisturizing Charity Pot balm is absolutely the best and will definitely look to expand my repertoire thanks to their samples upon request that will make you see they are worth the visit and purchase! Thank you again, Sylvester and team for your positive impact and influence! Thank you also to El for being absolutely fabulous as well! Truly helped me expand my Lush collection and knowledge! Definitely felt like part of the Lush family!

Iv been going to this Lush for wat seems like 14 years. In that time I have never had a bad exp. The staff are the best. Full of knowledge or always willing to help u find someone who has an answer for you. Friendly enviroment, amazing smells, natural ingredients. Love this place, will always be a supporter.

Had the chance to visit this LUSH while visiting Manitoba from Northern BC. I felt super at home as soon as I walked in the door. The staff were all so lovely. I don’t always get the privilege of visiting LUSH stores in person, so every visit counts. I had the best time at this LUSH- they made my visit extra special and made sure I left with some samples of new things to try. Keep up the good work! ️

Probably the nicest staff in the whole mall. They have a sink to wash hands rather than sanitize which is so nice. The staff treated us like friends and were incredibly helpful and patient. They knew about the products, and even added a sample with my purchase. The store is always organized and clean. The whole experience was a 5/5!

Raisai was super helpful and patient when working with me on what products would work well with my hair! They gave many free samples to try when for when I got home and I absolutely love them so far. Super helpful ans friendly staff overall.

Bath bombs are awesome, but pricey. Some have too much dye/additives for my taste. Love the honey soap - amazing smell!

Staff are always friendly and willing to demonstrate products and give samples, or understand if you prefer to shop alone. Love Lush and will continue to buy most of my skincare here!

The people that work here are great! The odd time they're out of the face mask I wanted, but the staff are always friendly and explain when the next product shipment will be in so I don't make another unnecessary trip down. In all the times I've been there, I don't think I've ever had an unpleasant experience.

I also love the values of the company and that they support charities and try to reduce on waste as best they can. But seriously. The staff here make all the difference.

Massive selection. Great for gifts when it’s Christmas time, they always have decent deals going on. Staff is always ready to help me pick out something for gift ideas.

The staff are so friendly. Always pick up bath bombs and shampoo! They were so kind to my little one and gave her a free sample of shampoo

I love lush so much, the staff are always incredibly helpful and I've found some great products there. I was really sad because my favourite massage bar was discontinued recently, but I found another one during my most recent trip that I love!

Always such helpful staff. Their product is so good and I love that they use natural products. So much variety for any person.

I absolutely adore lush products and everything they stand for! The company is great and their products are fantastic. Unfortunately, I live in a place where we do not have a lush and I only make it into a store once or twice a year. When I do make it into a store, I tell the workers this and let them know that I like to try lots of samples of different moisturizers, cleansers, etc. Then I order ones that are work well with my face online and stock up on fresh face masks while im in the store (my skin is very sensitive to products.) When I came into this store, I was very disappointed. She seemed hesitate to give any samples and the samples she did give, not much was in there. It almost felt like a waste to go in because of that. Im a huge supporter of Lush though, so I will be back - but I just had a bad experience with this store.

Lush stores are all over the place, so they are pretty well known. I’ve not bought much here because their products often smell too fragrant for my tastes. However, I do like the look of the store and its fun energy. Staff members will tell you that some plant extract mask does wonders for the skin – I don’t think there is really any evidence behind most of their claims re: the effectiveness of their products. But, for me, if you want to pamper yourself with cool bath products and the novelty of what you smell/see floats your boat they go for it and spend your money on Lush products. They have a cool business philosophy … against animal testing, handmade products, reduce landfill but limited packaging, etc.so that may encourage you to buy stuff here.
