Great atmosphere and amazing staff. I have been going to Dean for forever now and he has gained a life time customer. He pays great attention to detail and is always very friendly. I am always beyond pleased with his work! The salon is clean, welcoming and a great place to go for pampering.

It was my very first manicure experience in Canada and it was not satisfactory at all. Either way or they don’t know how to do a manicure or they gave me a lady that just started this job and doesn’t have any experience or she didn’t want to provide a good service. The lady was struggling to clean and remove the cuticle even after the third time she didn’t do it normally and neat.
Than she tried to put shellac, and instead of doing it slow: two nails and then dry and move to another she put shellac to all the nails and when she tried to clean the parts which didn’t look good the shellac came to the edges and corners of the nails and all the fingers started looking absolutely untidy.
After that I asked to live it like that she put some strengthening thing on my nails and then some shining top I guess and asked me to wait for it to dry (10 minutes).
My nails look bad and hurt because she took to much skin on the sides.
Bad quality work! And also while making my nails she started asking some personal questions which is absolutely inappropriate.

Great customer service so welcoming and friendly atmosphere! First time I’ve book in for lashes and acrylic nail appointment both came out stunning, I wanted to get this demon slayer design and had Japanese word written on it, i knew it was hard to write on the nails specially if you don’t know Japanese writing like me, however the nail tech who did my nails did absolutely great on the design tried his best to make the impossible POSSIBLE! And booked in for another appointment to get my nails removed after a month or so, and their customer service is still at its peak! Highly recommended!

I just moved to Brandon, and I tried two nail salons before I found LUX. They took off my nails from the previous salon, and redid a full set. I couldn’t be happier. I was so impressed. I will never go anywhere else! Best nail salon in Brandon! The staff are super friendly and the service is amazing. I would give them 5 stars in everything they do. Thank you for everything! I’m always satisfied when I leave!

Got my nails & toes done in one sitting earlier today by Dean & Priyanka! They did such a great job on my nails, 5/5 recommend. They were accommodating for time, patient & I didn't feel rushed at all. My nails came out looking better than the photo inspo picture first time experience, I was very relaxed & impressed by the service. I'll definitely be back ️

Clean and friendly, brought a cpl young girls in for gel nails. I found it affordable and was glad they could accommodate last minute on a Sunday, even with a late addition to the party.

Excellent service. Very polite, friendly and professional. I've had acrylic nails for years. I've been to some of the top salons and Lux+ Nails Lounge & Spa does, by far, a better job.
