I went here to find something for my husbands birthday. Found the perfect accessory for his Traeger and he was very happy. Nice store with tons of selection. The staff were super helpful but also let me browse on my own. Highly recommend this store for all you BBQ needs.

Friendly knowledgeable people, awesome selection of virtually everything bbq. Prices are Little more than prices elsewhere but they will match any advertised price on the same product.

If you're into grilling, smoking, griddling, bbq, etc. This place is for you! I had no idea what to expect when I walked in, but I was blown away with the amount of inventory they had from bbqs to smokers to rubs/spices and tons of accessories. Easily my new spot to go to when Im in the city.

I ordered engraved Yeti's for our graduating female high school hockey players and they came out amazing! Stephanie was great to deal with and the service was so efficient. I would absolutely recommend them for your Yeti and engraving needs!

Great BBQ Store with all your BBQing needs. They have grills, bbq smokers, pellet grills, charcoal, wood chunks, wood chips, all the accessories, as well as bbq sauces, spices, and rubs. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They also sell Thermoworks and Grill Grates.

The business I wanted to love. Local business with a wide variety of not only BBQs but everything you would need for your Winnipeg summer. Fair prices, friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. Unfortunately the after sales was extremely poor. Mistakes, blame game, miss information and no interest after the sale was done. I was surprised and disappointed. I would have a hard time recommending the business

David was great. He took the time to show all the features of each grill we looked at. He didn’t try to hurry us up on buying something. The bbq we bought ended up not fitting in our vehicle. Free delivery to our house and it showed up less than 24 hours later. The store was clean and modern. I would refer anyone to go check out Luxe if you are looking for a new grill. Lots of options.

The staff at Luxe are great. They are so passionate and knowledgeable about anything to do with with BBQs and outdoor cooking. They spend the time with customers to ensure the customer has their questions answered to get the best results for them. Luxe has a tonne of great selection and stock. Anything you need to cook outdoors is there.

After a delay in receiving replacement BBQ parts due to factory problems, the parts arrived fit and worked great. I cannot say enough good things about the great staff at the Luxe Stapelton site. Very professional and helpful.

Went there for a service call, but the store is very well kept and it looked like quite the variety of product. Staff are very friendly as well! Curious about the taste testing area, will have to come back and try that out when I'm off the clock.
