From the time we got to the start to the time we left the staff was unreal! The furniture to choose from was great just hard to pick what you want because it's all great furniture and want it all!

I can't say enough good things about Luxe. Katie was phenomenal to deal with and when there was a mix-up with the chaise, she and Joyce were right on it and got it fixed in less time than anticipated. The delivery people were fantastic as well! I'm so glad we went with Luxe rather than a big box store and all of the problems you hear about!

Beautiful selection of furniture and great customer service. Unlike other retailers with high-end offerings, the service is great no matter who you are.

I am very disappointed with the custom patio cushions that I had made by Luxe.expensive and after one season, I am looking to get them replaced (or at minimum re-foamed). The inferior quality of the foam inserts has made them a huge disappointment.

Absolutely LOVE the place. Great ideas and lots to pick from! Perfect for the person who doesn't know how to furnish a living space or doesn't like to do interior decorating!

Our go to place for outdoor furniture. Good amount of produce on display to browse through, friendly staff ready to help when you ask for it. We ordered furniture, they were quite up front with expected timelines for delivery, though about a month is better than what I was expecting at this time.

Beautiful furniture.but it comes at a cost. This is quality and will last a lifetime if treated well over the winter.

Nice place, unique for higher end tastes. Problem is we chance dropped in. You need to promote more to let people know you are there

Bought outdoor furniture there 6 years and it still looks new. That kind of quantity however is not cheap but for sure worth it!

I can not say anymore than impressive. This place has it all, furniture, patio furniture, home decor, candles and a incredible selection of custom options both for inside and out. I recently purchased a custom outdoor sectional and the family has enjoyed it since the day it was delivered. The staff are wonderful, Katie is who I dealt with. She was knowledgeable and very helpful. I recommend anyone looking for indoor/outdoor home furnishings must go to Luxe Furniture!

Hands down, best customer service I’ve experienced in purchasing furniture. Bought a beautiful raw edge dining table - nicer and better priced than other high end stores in the city!
