Lyon House Apartments

We moved in 3 months ago and we are happy here. Our apartment and the whole building are very nice and clean. Large windows let in a lot of light. Everything is in order. Problems are solved by manager Jessica very quickly and efficiently. Wonderful quiet neighbors, convenient location to work and school. Good transport connections and a bus stop almost near the house. Lyon House has become like a home for us.

I've live here already for 2 years and since I moved in from another province the move in was done properly without any problems or inconveniences the Resident Manager was there and assisted me and always was and still is very helpful, never had any problems with Jessica the RM she is always a very respectful and very knowledgeable Person, whenever I had any questions she always would answer in a very clear and respectful way. The building is always clean and I have great neighbors. Great community. If there is any news or change of rules the update is always given right away. I would highly recommend this place to live, specially for Families. Bus is nearby, schools also nearby and stores, is great location and safe neighborhood in general.

We have been living in the house for 2 months and I can definitely say that we feel good and comfortable here! Manager Jessica established the rules of cleanliness and order, which absolutely everyone follows! The house is cleaned, the washing machines and dryers are perfectly clean! We moved into a clean and well-kept apartment, the carpet is cleaned, every room of the apartment is perfectly clean, everything in the kitchen works! If we take into account our previous experience with an apartment in the USA, then there I washed every corner from diapers, and here everything is perfectly clean, which is very important for us and children! Manager Jessica is understanding towards new arrivals and if your English is not perfect, don't worry, everything will be clearly explained and written to you. We are happy that we chose Lyon house)

I’ve been living at Lyon House for about 1 1/2 years and really like it! Jessica, the building manager, does a great job in keeping the building and area clean and safe and in repair. She tells you the rules when you move in and everyone follows them! The people living here are friendly, the building is quiet and the neighborhood is a great place!

We are living here for almost a month and all I can say is it's a great place to live! For our family with a child, cleanliness in the building and apartments was very important. We were pleasantly surprised how clean our apartment and every inch of Lyon House was. I am very grateful to the manager Jessica for this! Also thanks to her for the easy and fast moving process, providing absolutely all the necessary information. I don’t know how this was achieved, but in Lyon House live wonderful and open people, who treat all the inhabitants of this house with respect! Thank you Jessica and Lyon House for our new home!

Now we live in this house with our family. We are very happy and glad that we got here. Very quiet, clean, friendly neighbors. But especially thanks to Jessica. She will help you solve all problems related to accommodation, give answers to questions and help you adapt here faster and more comfortably.

I lived here for 2 months already, my first place in Canada actually.
I was in a hurry (lived in a hotel those days) and the building manager helped me to move in as soon as possible. There was no problem to meet and clarify all details and even choose a preferable unit. It turned out to be clean and after the repair, the walls were painted after the previous tenant, fridge and stove worked as they should, carpet clean and out of smell. The neighbourhood is quiet and out of trouble. Bus routes and major stores nearby.

Special thanks bm - Jessica, who dealt a great help with move in process, smoothed over all the misunderstandings and keep providing all the info I need.

Been at this building for 1 year and a couple of months now and really like the building! The Resident manager Jessica always makes sure things are taken care of as fast as possibly can be done.:) my boyfriend myself and our roommate definitely give this place a big thumbs up:)

A Very Good Neighborhood To Live-In.

Excellent place to live, the area is in the middle of everything, drugstores, markets, schools. And if you don't have a car, the bus routes pass nearby, excellent administrator.

Best apartment to live in Winnipeg…. Everything is nearby. I m living here since more than a year now and I m really in love with my unit. I feel like I m living in a peaceful home. Moreover Apartmemt manager is so nice and helpful. She always take care of our issues and solves them asap? …She is the bestest

It is a clean place, very quiet, the neighbors are respectful, the manager is very kind and helpful. The area is suitable for families with several parks, schools nearby and shopping areas. It is very close to bus stations to all areas of the city. Highly recommended to live very well.

I've been visiting a friend in this building for a bit over a year and its always clean in the hallways, parking lot, common areas.
The building is quiet and well maintained all year round. Very friendly Resident Manager with amazing attitude. Amazing neighborhood, according to my friend who lives in the building.
