Everyone there is excellent at what they do. Very welcoming and helpful. They really care about your furbaby. Fees are much more reasonable than other Veterinarians I have taken my furbabies to, so happy my sister recommended them to me.

Went there to get our cat neutered and vaccinated. They've been fabulous. Very informative, not too expensive either.

Twice now, the Machray team has been extremely accommodating when my cat suddenly presented with issues using his litterbox. I was able to bring him in last minute, avoiding expensive emergency vet fees somewhere else. They quickly figured out what was going on. They were extremely helpful and friendly when I, an extremely anxious cat owner, called multiple times for updates while he was in their care, and they always provided me with as much information as possible. On top of that, they always answered my questions and concerns when I called after bringing my cat home, leaving me feeling a lot less anxious.

I've recommended you numerous times. The staff and Veterinarians are always very compassionate and kind. Keep up the excellent work.

Highly recommend Machray Animal Hospital. My dog, Tofu started to show signs of anxiousness and aggression at his old vet, but so so so happy that we were introduced to them because our vet visits have been so positive! They allow “happy visits” where we would just go on the scale to get weighed and get a bunch of treats from the receptionist and that was all, no scary visits if not ready for it. We’ve had 2 vet checkups so far and both of them have been less stressful for both Tofu and I. Staff are all amazing!

Much care and compassion with the loss of my daughter's 16 year old cat. The service was excellent and they let us stay with the cat for awhile to say goodbye.

Dr. Mcdonell, and everyone at Machray, is friendly, compassionate and very knowledgeable. One of my cats has complex health issues and she covers all the bases with him. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good vet clinic for their pet.

I have been with Machray Animal Hospital for over 20 years and get the best care for my pets. Veterinarians & The staff are wonderful in helping me to navigate the care of my animals and they are always treated with love and tenderness. This clinic takes extra caution with senior pets so you know you're in good hands if you're a senior pet owner. They do follow up care after your visit to make sure you and your pet are doing fine, This clinic is clean & professional. Would highly recommend it for quality care:)

Not only are the very knowledgeable as well as friendly, they always get to the root of the problem. They will not try to play on your sympathy's and try to get you to have needles test done like the majority of other Vets do. Would give 10 stars if we could.

I came in a Aug 10th at 2: 30 to purchase dog food and both girls working the front desk were extremely rude, dismissive and unpleasant. Very disappointing to be greeted this way.

We have been going there for years now and by far has been the best vet clinic we have taken our pets too, everyone is very caring of our pets and will go above and beyond for them.

I called to inquire about induce vomiting for my dog who just ate a little bit of my beauty blender and if it was available and whoever picked up the phone rudely asked “are you a client here? ” I said no and she said they were not taking any new clients.she was not polite or nice at all and i could just feel she did not want to talk to me, very upsetting and i ended the call very disappointed as i was desperately trying find a vet that had an opening. I completely understand that places like these get busy, but a little kindness and willingness to talk to customers can really go along way when you know they are calling for a reason! Do better next time.

The staff and medical doctors at Machray Animal Hospital are wonderful. They are kind, caring people that you can rely on to do the very best for your pets. Their end of life care is so thoughtful and peaceful for you and your pet. The clinic is quite a distance from our neighbourhood, but we wouldn't go anywhere else. I recommend them very highly.
