My husband took a winter jacket to Yana to repair the zipper. The charge was considerable, but we paid the price rather than invest in a new winter coat. Less than a month after the repair, the new zipper broke. Clearly this was not a quality repair - a new zipper lasts more than a month! His old zipper lasted for YEARS. My husband took it back to Yana only to have her tell him he was too hard on the zipper and if he wants it replaced, he'd have to pay again.

Way to treat a new customer Yana! We will NOT be back and we will be sure to share with our friends and neighbours that Yana does not stand by her own work.

Yana did some custom alterations to couple of my shotgun shooting vests. The work was superb resulting in perfect fit and extended life of these classic items. Good price and quick turnaround too!
