Box supposed to be delivered in 3 months but it didn't arrive as per the given time frame.

Box was picked up by November 2021, I called month of December they told me it was on delay because of the flood in BC, which is I understand. February 2022 I need an update, they told me my box still in BC and has not been yet shipped. They told me again to give them a callback by end of March, oh wow I was surprised my box still in BC? I was very disappointed, it should be first in, first out but it seems my box was covered with some boxes. Called them again month of April, told me it was shipped and the tentative date of arrival will be after month. And now month of May it was arrived in a sorting hub based on the tracker. Very disappointed with the service it took half of year to be deliver in the Philippines. Until now my box has not been received.

The company picked up the box mid September, it is already February and the box has not arrived to its destination. VERY SLOW! It will arrive in 6 months time.
I have used U-Mac before and the box arrived after two months! I suggest not to use Manila Cargo. Snail pace! Go for U-Mac instead it is so much better

Very dissatisfied. Never picked up on the right pick up date. Always end up leaving the package because hey are too busy. Said will pick up on the next schedule. Happened 4 times already. So I put the box out of the house hoping to be picked up but never recieved a courtesy call why it wasn’t picked up. First it was snowy the package was snowed in. Second it was rainy so the box ended up wet. Thinking of looking for another courier. Plus the 2 people who picked up before asked for $40 extra for lifting the box too far in our yard. So frustrated.
