I understand that I called at 3: 50 asking if the girl could pull up my file, I needed to figure out my ticket number so I could pay it off for this weekend. She immediately was short with me, told me I called the wrong number and told me the number super quickly, I had to asked her to repeat the number 4 or 5 times because she said it so quickly then continued talking each time I would ask her to repeat it. I felt disrespected, like I wasn't worth her time or effort. It almost felt like she was trying to make me feel stupid for asking her to repeat herself.
The thing is, I know that she could have helped me because my fiancé called a few days before and the lady he had spoak to, kindly pulled up his ticket number right away and was more then helpful.
It is clear that one of their employees is just there to get as many callers as possible rather than focusing on customer service, quality assurance and respect. This kind of stuff is stressful as it is, I don't need anyone's ego chiming in all willy nilly.
