I truly appreciate the friendly manner in which the people working here have presented themselves in such a professional way over all these years.

I had called to ask about some basic info my god these people are SOOOO IGNORANT the lady literally yelled at me. It's actually so embarrassing no wonder nobody takes mmf seriously. It's such a shame & they NEVER even bother emailing you back its pathetic what do you guys do all day? Obviously not working. MMF you seriously need to rehire some decent people or some that actually have customer service experience cause clearly by the reviews you need to rehire all your staff. EMBARRASSING us all!

They're really good at taking the governments money. Not so good about giving it to the Metis people

I swear these people are always on holidays when you try to get a hold of them. What are these people getting paid for? Is it that difficult to answer emails and or phones calls? They’re holding onto peoples application money like they’re broke. Why do we even have this kind of federation if there’s ZERO communication when their people can’t get a hold of them. DO BETTER!

Can never even get anyone to answer phone at main number. Does anybody even work there?
