MPI on Gateway was very disappointing the lady knew nothing about getting a 7 day permit for my car so I could get it safetied. She sent me away so I went to Team insurance on Henderson Hwy and was given the permit and on my way in 10 min. Thankyou Team Insurance

I am trying to call for claim but nobody answer my call yet. They are transfering my call to others but never get any exact answer. Adjusters always stay away from desk. I send them voice message every day more than five times but i never get any one call back. So worst experience. Need to hire more staff if have shortage otherwise answer call of customers. I am tired now. I need answer wht to do now.

I was so surprised I acutely had some one helped me and did not bounce me to wait in line to speak again to some one.wlse new. I was totally blown away on how I was treated politely. That never happened before at MPI so shocking

Manitoba Pathetic Insurance is hell to deal with overall but this one specifically is the worst. Supervisor and driving test exmainers here get paid for being rude, unfair and arrogant.
If you don’t know how to interact with customers find some another job.

V.rude behaviour by staff, I was the first customer to enter MPI in morning, just telling my concern to front desk receptionist, and senior behind her started yelling, that talk directly to this department, don't come here. Etc.etc.

Until the end they didn't listened me, nothing they explained just they sent me out of the MPI. Gov. Staff irresponsible, racist

The road test examiner was a white lady named Kristina. She was rude and condescending and her attitude was racist towards me, I am a brown person. She was impatient and intimidating. MPI is the worst company, they are incompetent, racist and corrupt. They just want your money and will keep on failing you.

Friendly staff, the lady who looked after us was very knowledgeable and polite. She answered all our questions. Too bad people give MPIC a bad wrap. They are only doing the job. Thank you to the lady who took care of us almost at closing and on a Friday.

For car claims you need an appointment. Staff is very friendly. You can do written test, drivering test, insurance, etc.

Really unprofessional and rude staff members,
I was there for my driving abstract and because of there system issue i had to visit 3 days and they guys didn’t said sorry or didn’t showed any apologies. Really bad service and all the lady work over there are need to retired asap. I would like to give 0 start but because of system i gave you 1 star

The only thing that counts is if there fair with you when you have a claim. And they were, so I have to give it a decent mark.

Another good example of a government company doing every thing wrong. I go get my class 3. I was told I can bring my cheat sheet. But then for the test the guy says I can't use my cheat sheet. So you have to remember over 100 checks from memory. Even pilots Dr, nurses have cheat sheets for safety reason. Why have a check list? So you don't forgets a check. So MPI is forcing drivers to be unsafe in practice. I was disgusted that mpi is not up to common sense. Not surprised at all from others things they have done in the past. The people running this program should ask be replaced with people who are much more understanding how the real world works.

Had a road test with Serj and i gotta say that he is an amazing road test examiner, explained everything in detail and was really nice, friendly and made me feel comfortable and less stressed during the test.
The staff of the mpi is friendly and nice as well, willing to help and in fact did- really fast.
My favorite mpi in the whole city-even tho I don't live in the area.

Worst phone call. The lady didnt know how to talk. She was the rudest lady worked. I dont know why dont you respect your job and behave like this with your customers. Disappointed if possible i will give zero to her for this bad service.

I went to this MPI location to register a car on June 16,2022, and waited for 40 minutes just for the staff member, an older Indian man, to make up an excuse about how he couldn't register my car just to clock out on time. I asked for another person to help me with the registration since he didn't want to do his job. The man and the receptionist both refused to get another person to help me. I experienced unprofessional staff behavior. They need to be replaced or get better training. I would not recommend this location. If I could, I'd give 0 stars.

I visited gateway mpi last time for estimates about my front bumbar
The agent was rude and did his own work without even asking me a single question
When he showed me his estimate I declined and told to take his estimate back and decided to leave but he left me while talking and stopped his colleague on the way to his cabin gossiping like girls
It's was nightmare visit

Five clients waiting in their huge building. Lots of staff on duty - and still takes an hour to be served. No competition breeds inaction to customer service.

Came for a damage estimate, showed up early, and they were so quick and efficient (took 10 mins). Always friendly and helpful!

Had my motorcycle stolen in July and recovered in August it is now November and they still can't tell me if it's a write off or not extremely disappointed with their service.

I went to book my knowledge test online at this location, I got through the entire process and then I was told that my process was not completed and that I wouldnt be charged. I check my account the next day and I got charged for my knowledge test, but I'm apparently not booked for the day I wanted. Theres no record of me paying for it. What a scummy online service

Mpi didn't enter my sons eye test yesterday after his beginners test so we have go back and forth between MPI and Autopac agent 5hrs later my son might get his beginners because some idiot doesn't know how to key in an eye exam.

Fairly quick with replacing identification. Was in and out in about 30 minutes with 10 people ahead.
