I wanted to leave 0 star but unfortunately, I can’t. I had a claim since August until December, I was using Uber everyday to work and back home for 3 months. The so called manager which I call her a liar have told me to bring her my Uber receipts for one months and she will reimburse me for these receipts.now she lied to me and said I’ve never said such things.shameful

This strike is getting out of hand i have been waiting to get my license for months. A three month strike is ridiculous. There are many other people such as myself who would be more than happy to receive the perks and pay as the staff at mpi do. And receiving pay while on strike leave is also insane no wonder they aren’t eager to come back. Manitoba needs a better system.

Worst Customer Service ever seen, went there on 10 june 2023 @ 2: 25pm and got called within 5 minutes.

The reason was to cancel the License and Insurance with all the documents handy but they refused to do it just because she said she is very busy right now, either send it by fax/mail or come back on monday.

I don't understand if they were so busy how I got called within 5 minutes and apart from this there was still one and half hour left for that mpi to close.

The lady named Ericka took my road test. It was literally a terrible experience for me. I was kind of motivated but after I just started my road test with her, I completely got demotivated. She was very unprofessional and rude while taking test. She was having chewing gum and just threw it out from the window during test. Examiner should be cheerful to the students no matter they will pass or not. Atleast, students will end up with good experience even if they will not pass. I wish nobody can’t have this experience. at the front desk, she (with the glasses) does not even know what her job is
she needs proper training agian,

The wait line is useless because they wont even to take your payment and make you wait for hours even tho you have an appointment with them.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
Staff moves at one slow speed, no sense of urgency whatsoever.
People who arrive first get left waiting while other are called first.
If this was a private company it wouldn't last a week.
Absolutely disgusting.

The red headed lady I talked to at the front was so friendly and pleasant to talk to, once I waited for 25 mins I was called up and the next lady that helped me was so miserable and seemed to rush me out as quick as possible

Even though it was busy at 3pm on a monday the blonde receptionist was extremely nice. The lady with short red/ orange hair was extremely helpful, nice and really knows her stuff! I can tell the staff takes their job seriously. We are so thankful for their help.

During road test, Instructor act biased. You can't complain or appeal against about their biased behavior.

Terrible location and they can't even update their hours to let you know they actually close at 530, so don't waste your time driving there after work.

I mean it’s an insurance place— no one likes going here per se, but I haven’t had a negative experience with them yet. No complaints!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I talked to two representative and both were very rude. During the first call, the first representative tried to explain the situation but it still left me confused so I asked further questions to clarify but was told to just listen as he didn't want to repeat himself. I then called a second time a while after as I was still confused regarding the situation and was disappointed from the first call. However, the second call was nothing better! I asked my question again as I WAS STILL CONFUSED AFTER THE FIRST CALL, but the female representative made me feel stupid for asking the question and instead of explaining she asked why I was calling again as I already talked to her other co worker (the first representative I talked to). I called around 12 pm on July 22 and spoke to two representative, one was male and the other was a female. If I could give zero stars I would!
