Fun tip for free repairs to your vehicle. Wait untill you see a big truck backing up in a parking lot and whip in behind them in their blind spot. Even though the driver can't see you it is their fault! I'm paying for someone's car because of this and I hope you can get your free repair too!

I took my road test today here. My examinator was so nice, he made me feel comfortable taking the test with him. Thankfully, I passed my test on the first attempt and without mistakes.

I didn't wait a longer period of lineup when i went there in the afternoon, 30 minutes before closing time. They quickly accommodated my purpose of visiting the MPI office for my vision screening.

I've never dealt with such a convoluted service center, they move at a snails pace and do not think outside what they're told, I am very disappointed with the total loss department.

I waited 4 months to force a total loss, The only reason I got it was because I contacted supervisor after supervisor and reported the employee. That was my adjuster.

Terrible.
Called and directed to this location and the person picked up the phone and didn't answer just picked up the receiver and did not even acknowledge me on the other end of the line!
10 minutes of me echoing Hello to get no one!

What an irritable call to make!

If you have Cameron as your examiner, your whole test is a waste of your time and money. Had her for my first road test, she asked what driving school I had taken lessons at, when I said that I had been taught by someone I knew, she relied with an extremely disapproving "oh". After failing she "strongly recommended" that I get drivings lessons from a school in a tone that suggested that it was not a suggestion. I was taught to drive by a retired police officer who asked her to explain the test results to him and said after that some of the "rules" I'd broken were not real. She even lied about me not doing certain required things, because she officially isn't allowed to fail anyone for not going to a driving school.
She failed me a second time on my fourth test on parallel parking. I knew that I had not parked successfully and said so, saying that I was gong the try again, she refused to let me make a second attempt without opening the door to show me what I had literally just told her-that I was too far away. This happened on my second attempt as well. After failing 3 attempts, she made a point of showing me the tire tracks in the snow and telling me that restarting had been a bad choice, and I should have been able to fix the car's position without pulling out. Both times the test results were explained to me in an extremely condescending way, as if I was an idiot who had no business even thinking I could pass.
After failing my fourth test, requiring lessons from an certified driving school, Cameron then gave me false information on what to do next, saying that I just needed to bring the signed for with me to me next test, when trying to book, online, I found myself "not eligible", turns out I had to go to MPI in person and present the signed letter.

Confusing location for turning in tires. Told to go without explanation that spare sets of tires are store separately from written-off vehicles. Unnecessarily frustrating.

Came here to update information and get new plates. Waited for nearly 40 minutes then saw someone come in that the staff knew and they helped him immediately.while there were still multiple people waiting. Don't waste your time coming here.
