Always ride this bus, feels warm, better than NCN bus.
This bus hasn’t failed to make my ride safe and comfortable.

The Bus rides are not monitored and people seem to be able to do what they want to with no ordered. It is just unreal what people get away with on the trip from Thompson to Winnipeg and Back. From now on l will find a different way of travel then the "BUS" to have peace of mind and quiet time in my journey.

Helped me out in a time of need when they could have just turned me away! Found the bus driver to be incredibly patient, friendly, and focused.

Bus heading from Winnipeg -Thompson has little red flies flying around, doesn’t look like it’s been throughly cleaned and sanitized. Washroom stinks up the whole bus.

Need a break from driving long distance? Let somebody else take you there safe and sound!

Maple Bus Lines drivers are polite and professional. I like the individual seat belts, garbage bags & electric plugs at every seat, so I can charge my devices. ️ The reclining seats, overhead bins, spot lighting and footrest add so much comfort! ️

The stops are spaced out enough for me to not use the bus washroom but the busses are very clean. There is also enough time to grab a few snacks/meals.

Whenever I have the time, I always prefer the bus to flying because I can make a vacation out of it! I get to see & enjoy the landscape, and I also save! I usually have a few rows to myself too!

Sit back and enjoy the journey! Remember to bring your earphones & electronic devices so you can enjoy your favorite music and movies! Forgot to create a music list & download your Netflix movies ahead of time? Don't worry! Maple bus lines have FREE WI-FI on board.

The worker at the terminal was amazing she help me get around the place as we had a layover and the drivers were great when we needed to stretch they gave us a few minutes to do so.amazing company. Bravo

Terrible! They are scammers and unreliable. Ripped off a whole foundation of kids to play football and wont give the money back. Terrible business that will fall apart - horrendous customer service and Lori is as disrespectful as they come.

Great place to get to where your going. Awesome staff, always opened, moved from thunder bay to regina had to stop off in Winnipeg. Lori was Awesome to my children let's us stay there all day till our bus came. Was great and friendly to my family, my kids loved hanging out there. Busses nice and clean and bus depo was nice, clean and well keeped. I'll will for sure use maple bus lines again when I take my family to visit back home. Thanks Lori for all you did for our family.

What a low-down cheap trick for a supposedly reputable company to do to a group of young teenage boys going to a football tournament in the U. S to try
and perfect their sport.
What a despicable + irresponsible action on your part to do to young sport hopefuls. Think maybe it might bepretty hard for your business to carry on as usual as you try to gain future client's TRUST especially after cheating them out ot of $7,000.00 like that. Good luck, eh!

Horrible service by the owner and management. The owner has refused to refund money the already paid for trips of $7,000. The owner has been extremely disrespectful to me as a client and refused to reimburse the money for youth sport athletes to play across Canada and in the states. This is a bus company I would never use again and will be sure to be taking to court for her actions. Plus the owner was extremely unprofessional and racist in dealing with as a minority. I strongly urge no one to ever use this company

Did not honour their agreement to charter a youth football team to Minneapolis. Refusing to refund the total amount.

This business is as crooked as Lebron’s hairline. In all seriousness this is a terrible business on the brinks of falling apart. They cancel last minute. Do not refund on things there fault. Steal from there customers recommend never going here.

Terrible service and completely dishonest. They should not be in business. I’d never recommend using their services. Their drivers seem to be completely untrained as well. TERRIBLE experience.

Staff is disrespectful! The bus was outdated and dirty. No wifi or power outlets. I REGRET using this company.

Felt something wasnt right when making the reservations for a group trip.they demanded full payment but could not provide a description for the bus we had reserved. As our departure date got closer they would not return our calls. The group showed up to board the bus with luggage and was shocked to discover no bus or driver was waiting to depart! We attempted to recoup our payment but the staff on site has denied ever booking our trip or taking any payment. WE WERE RIPPED OFF AND A GROUP OF STUDENTS MISSED OUT ON THEIR TRIP. This company is scam be careful they will tell you everything you need to hear until they collect your money then ignore all communication.
ITS FUNNY HOW THE PROFILES WITH POSITIVE REVIEWS AND FIVE STARS HAVE THE SAME LAST NAME AS THE STAFF MEMBERS THAT ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR STEALING FROM KIDS - MANN

Last night i came into maple bus lines.i took the northland bus ftom sault st marie got me into winnipeg no where too go.and lori who is the president of maple bus line was really nice and accommodating.i didnt have any where too go.made me stay there till they closed too figure out things and she was super nice.the reviews arent as advertise.everyone here is really friendly and makes you feel at home:)
