I was suffering from neck/shoulder pain.
Thus far I've been attending  care 2 times a week for adjustments.
Dr. Gil is very professional and listens at each following appointment how I'm improving.
I'm also able to get a private room, as it does have an open concept which is fine as well.

I'm feeling a great improvement plus following daily stretching techniques sent through your personal patient portal.

3 Months ago I woke up one day unable to move, my pain level was at a level 10, I took Tylenol, Naproxen, tried heat and Ice, nothing helped, Urgent care they gave me T3s muscle relaxers and more Naproxen, again nothing helped I couldn’t lie down at all without screaming in pain, Muscle relaxer knocked me out but I’d wake up after an hour at best the pain wouldn’t allow me to sleep, the Doctors at Seven Oaks made me feel like a junkie looking for a fix, they said get a massage, I tried and they wouldn’t really touch me cause I couldn’t lie down at all it was excruciating pain even trying, I cried when the masseuse lady even touched me, I went to a so called chiropractor on McPhillips that was a joke the guy took one look at me and said nope he refused to even try, so I gave up I felt hopeless like I would never feel like myself again, I cried a lot and even work thought they were going to lose me, I suffered even sitting at my desk I couldn’t brush my own hair, I had to get my brother to comb out my hair every morning because I couldn’t lift my arm to do it myself, I felt useless, I went to hairdresser and had about 8 inches chopped off because I felt bad having someone else have to do Even the smallest thing for me, I’m independent and not being able to do anything made me feel almost suicidal, I stopped having friends over I didn’t even want to go outside, even walking was painful… I suffered for two months and at the recommendation of a friend went to Dr Gil, I was skeptical after being treated like I was crazy, and flat out refused by so called professionals I doubted anything would come of it, after the first adjustment I felt a small amount of relief, it wasn’t much but I kept going Dr Gil said why didn’t you come see me a couple months ago I could have had you fixed by now lol after a few days of treatment my brother noted hey you only woke me up screaming twice this week, after having woken up every night crying this was a huge to me, I still hurt but it went from a constant 10 down to an 8, it’s been a few weeks now and I’m not pain free but I can move, I can turn my head and look up at the sky, I can lie down on my back and sleep on one side on the couch, I have alot more good days Sometimes my pain level is down to a 5, dare I say I almost feel normal sometimes… almost…. I have bad days still when I do to much or pick up a paper clip but after adjustment it gets a bit better, I feel like I have a chance of getting back to normal, I’m not there yet I occasionally still yell when getting adjusted but each time after it’s done there is relief I feel like I’ve been saved, that’s a big statement but I don’t think I could have continued living and that level of pain

Very welcoming, friendly and pleasant staff. My first visit I had a 10 minute back massage and got adjusted. The doctors are knowledgeable and take time to listen to your concerns. I never feel rushed. A very accommodating experience. I felt amazing after my first visit, slept so good after the first visit. Definitely will be letting my friends and family know about Maples chiropractic.

My experience at Maples Chiropractic was the best! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The work that was done to us was great it helped me feel great.

Dr Gil is very pushy 3-4 appointments a week when I couldn’t afford it. I only went to 4 appointments total yet I was charged for an appointment months after my last visit and they were no help with it. And Dr Gil cracks your neck with out your permission and after being told it’s not wanted. I would never recommend this practice to anyone. Stay away your safer in the long run.

Outstanding service from Maples Chiropractic. I have done a few sessions and they have really helped relieve my back pain. They have Punjabi language speaking staff also. They are very professional and friendly with their craft. I’m very grateful with their services.

Very clean & welcoming. Also most offices won’t see you after a certain time but they are very flexible. The 10 minute massages are also a bonus before an adjustment

Before coming to the clinic I was having chronic lower back pain. After just 2 months my pain is nearly gone. Having the option for chiro and massage in the same visit is excellent.

The reason I came to this office is due to my lower back pain. The doctor who interviewed me is so young and knowledgeable of what has to be done to make my pain go away. The staff are all awesome, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Now that I am on the second month of treatment I would say that my lower back pain is gone. The doctors had done a very good job. Now my problem is my arthritis (very stubborn) in my left leg. The doctors and massage therapists been very patient.
I have not been in any chiropractor clinic regarding my backpain.

I have neck and back pain, when i was going there, but now it is improved by the exercise and adjustments. All the doctors and staff members are very nice.

I came with severe pain in lower back and couldn't even stand properly. I was at 10% but after massages and adjutments, now I am at 70% just in a month. I would highly recommend this place for a happy and healthy lifestyle.

Before coming to maples chiropractic I always had back pain from work. Went to a few different chiropractors only when it really hurt, and the pain always came back in short order. Since committing to fixing my back a couple months ago with maples I have almost no pain, not getting stuck when I bend the wrong way and no more shooting pains. Sure it costs money to fix yourself but definitely worth it.

My wife recommended I go see Maples chiropractic / massage after a golf game that left all my back muscles tight. I saw Airoll -RMT for an hour massage and he kicked my butt in good way. I thought I just needed my back massaged but he did my legs, quads, arms, shoulders and all back and neck.

I'm sure I'm going to be in a world of hurt tomorrow for this 50 year old but a great hurt here is warranted.

I have back pain after drinking alcohol. Since treatment, I can drink again without worrying to wake up in the morning with back pain. My headache also gone and improved my sleep. I never had chiropractor treatment before. I recommend this location if you want to improve your health. Customer service is exceptional and the location is clean and relaxing. They will condition your spine with 10 minutes massage before adjustment.

Maples Chiropractic is not just your usual chiropractic clinic. All of the staff (Dr. Gil and his team) are very friendly and accommodating. They treat all of their patients like a family. You would be surprise that the staff know most of their patients' name (especially DS and Tita Faye). It's a very family-friendly clinic. They cater children of all ages and even pregnant women. My family are very thankful we found this clinic. You will always feel at home.

Their massage therapy are to die for. Once you get the experience, you will immediately realized that their massage therapists know their craft well. Airoll, one of their massage therapists is like your walking professor in your Anatomy class. You get to learn new anatomy lessons every after massage treatment. He will explain every detail of the treatments that he's working on and how it will be beneficial to your health and body. He will even give you tips and advice on how to improve your health. He is always open to suggestions from his clients. You will never feel the need to just say yes but instead he's very open to your ideas.

Coming to maples chiropractic I had no knowledge in how this can help my daily life. I was referred by a good friend Brayden. B who has been raving about how maples chiropractic has helped his mobility and his girlfriends energy and sleep. Something I thought I could benefit from. Now after trying this for what's been a month of being adjusted Ive become more knowledgeable in the process and now taking the proper steps in becoming healthy mentally and physically.

The staff are great! Very personable and accommodating. They explain thoroughly what to expect through out the whole entire process, always listen and ensure you are comfortable each step of the way.

Over the past 9 months of regular adjustments and hour massages With Airol, my body is on the right track to being young again. Knowing what i have experienced i would recommend the whole package of chiropractic care and massage therapy! The wonderful doctors have helped me so much! I have less headaches and better posture, allowing less pain through the day. With Airols massage technique I literally can move my neck from left to right there's less pressure with in my shoulder blades and I recommend our massages to anyone that can do it. I have to say that this is one of my favourite chiropractors in Winnipeg! When you walk into the building you are travelled into a different experience. The fact that they used all natural woods is so very welcoming, creating a comforting experience. Whether you're there to try a massage for 10 minutes, 30 minutes or even an hour or just to see the doctors. You are there to relax at the same time as you get your adjustment! The staff is really kind and the doctors are always helpful. I would recommend this business to everyone.
