From the Reception, Wonderful Ladies & One Gentleman Gurcharan, to the Hygienists (Lyann/Sonali, Dental Asst. (Maricar). And Dentist we met Dr Liem (We Hope to meet the Others too) So Pleasant & Friendly! Even with the Booking of Appointments and ReScheduling, they are So Patient and Understanding! Dr Sharma is one hell of a dentist and a total professional. She is so knowledgeable about dentistry. She makes her patients so comfortable and explains the procedure before she does anything. Maple dental staff are amazing and the customer service level is top notch. I would recommend anyone who is looking for dentist to go there and take advantage of their service.

Appointment was for a cleaning and check in with the dentist. Staff are excellent from reception right through the process. The hygienist was excellent, gentle and thorough in his work. Dr. Sharma always friendly and demonstrates a concern for the patient, a positive experience.

I had recently decided to change my dental practitioner. Very glad I did. Dr. Sharma is very attentive to her patient’s comfort during a procedure. She makes sure to throughly numb the area where the freezing needle is to be placed. She continually asks about the patient’s sense of pain and administers more freezing until there is none during the procedure. She even addressed my gagging issue!
Dr. Sharma is the consummate professional. She has the patient’s experience at the core of their care.
I must also state that the dental assistant during my appointment was also top notch in her care.

The staff was really nice! And the dentists are really gentle as well. I had a great experience here!

Have been going to Maples Dental for over 40 years. Dr Weisner was one of the best Dentists in town and Dr Sharma has picked up from where Dr Weisner left off when he retired. Dr Sharma is awesome.

Originally I was a patient of Dr. N. Weiszner at his office on Portage ave.since 1980. Even when I moved to Kenora for 20 years I would come to see Dr. Noah for my dental work. I always had full confidence in my dentist. Over the years I have had many dental problems and some emergencies. Somehow with the emergencies the staff always managed to fit me in. Currently I see Dr Sharma. I still continue to have dental issues and Dr Sharma does her best to help sort them out. I have full confidence and trust in her. She is friendly, kind, professional and does a great job to decrease my anxiety. The staff are always friendly and make you feel welcome. The environment has been enhanced by recent renovations. It is professional yet welcoming. I would definitely recommend the Maples dental centre to anyone who needs dental work done.

I have been going to maples dental centre since I was a kid and it’s still a great place to go to. My recent visit for check and cleaning went well and the hygienist was very kind. It was my first time having Dr. Duong, and he provided great service.

A visit to the dentist is not always a fun time but Dr Sharma and her staff always make it a relatively pleasant experience

Had to wait til a Wednesday to have their wisdom tooth specialist pull my tooth! Guy killed it and was done in a few minutes. I’ve been going here for a few years and it’s the best dental clinic I’ve been too!

I have been to few dentists before a friend of mine recommended Dr. Sharma for putting in 2 crowns. I was so surprised how my questions were handled by Dr. Sharma. She took extra care and was able to answer all my questions and concerns before I would say YES for the treatment. I have a very busy schedule with the work but she stayed later in the day to work around my schedule for my treatment. I must say the care and attention I got from Dr. Sharma that was bar none. I would recommend Dr. Sharma and Maples Dental clinic to all my friends and family and to anyone I know.

I highly recommended this place. My kids were so happy because Dr Liem was so amazing and staff is so nice and friendly.

Maples Dental always goes above and beyond for me and my family. I distinctly remember a time when Dr Sharma answered my call after hours and the next day (Sunday - usually closed) opened up the office to fix my tooth issue. I bring my kids to now too and they always help ease the kids anxiety before starting any procedures. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

I've been a patient for over a decade and after some issues related to work done by another dentist who has since moved, the owner, Dr. SHARMA contacted me and promised to credit me for the work. As a result, I now have to go to a specialist and pay out of pocket approximately $5,000 to correctly repair the tooth. I just went in for a cleaning and inquired about my credit and her husband told me she "changed" her mind and they don't take responsibility for other dentists even if they work alongside them at this clinic. So, the owners don't care about their patients or stand behind the work of their professionals. Very disappointing. I am no longer a patient. I've heard other stories but never thought they treated patients like this. Plus, he had this entire conversation with me publicly in the lobby in front of other patients and staff while I was seated. I've never experienced such a unprofessional environment.

Worst experience ever.i am going to this clinic from last many year but today I feel I just wasted my time. I was there for my appointment and reception did not even inform them about me being there and they were thinking I missed the appointment and then my cleaning was done in such a rush and after that I was asked to pay the bill even though my insurance covers all the cost. I am really upset over the service today.

I have not been to a dentist in 6 years! The dental hygenist I had her name is Sam, she was amazing. Dr Sharma who did my one filling was incredible.the whole staff I encountered was top shelf. No real pain and these people know what they are doing. Great job highly recomend this office!

Handling of patient at front desk and Covid policies were good. But very worst experince with dentist. She cleaned very hardly. Although this was my third time with them. But It was not good.
Also, dentist told me to wait for doctor to come and see me. Unfortunately, doctor never showed up for 30 mins and then i told her I'm leaving. Worst.

The dentist and the dentist hygienists are great. However the handling of Insurance info and Treaty info is ridiculous. They either lose the information or misplace it and than tell me they don't lose the information. Than tell me how the last appointment for my fiancé was covered by treaty and now you say you don't have that info. Than my son has coverage from me his mother and his biological father but this time that information is not on file. How does that work? Very frustrated!

I have moved from a dentist that I’ve been seeing for over 20 years and leery about going to a new one. I
have heard good things about Maples Dental Centre staff. Sumit and Dr Sharma have both made me feel very comfortable and made it seem like I knew them already. Highly recommend them.

I have been going to Maples dental for several years. I have never once had anything but the best, most caring, most pleasant and most professional care. My whole family goes. So very glad they are here!

When they called they said they will charge $170 for dental cleaning and regular check up. After my appoinment I was charged $207 because the front desk says there are additional charges for Doctor check up. I have been getting my regular check up and cleaning for $150. Idk what changed but I am very disappointed.
